Description
The holiday home in Lehigh Acres is very lovingly furnished. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with office corner, high speed internet and a printer. There are 2 TVs, one with a 55 inch screen including USB connection HDMI and Blueray recorder. The other TV is located in one of the guest rooms. The house has a beautiful pool with a large terrace and a screen that protects against insects. The pool has a toddler protection that can be put up or taken down as desired. It is solar heated and has a cover so you can keep the pool warm at night. There is a high chair and a cot with full cot linen, as well as a car seat. The house also has a large double garage and a large garden. Local phone calls and internet are free. High speed internet, wi-fi available.
External video and/ or audio surveillance with recording function can be used in the entrance area. Calls may not be used privately.

Our house is located in a good and quiet residential area with single-family houses and lots of 1000 - 2000 sqm.
All the attractions of Florida are within easy reach from here. Fort Myers Beach is only 40-45 minutes away by car, as well as the beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island. The newly built Gulf Coast Town Center offers numerous shops and a large cinema,
Restaurants, bars and live music every Saturday. A few miles away you will find a large outlet mall "Miramar", where you can always find good bargains. Lehigh Acres is a small town covered with palm trees and is about 20 minutes away from Fort Myers.
There are numerous shopping facilities and various restaurants, 2 golf courses and a tennis court. The tennis court is free of charge.

Villa Katrin again and again
Beautiful quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to everything you need.
Since we are passionate golfers and have visited many courses in the area, the location of the villa is perfect for us, as you can quickly reach Interstate 75 to drive north or south,
and west towards Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral anyway.
The villa has everything you need for a nice vacation, we have only been back for three days but would love to be guests at the villa again right away.
The rooms were/clean, the kitchen equipped with everything you need, and the large pool offers total relaxation after a hard day of golf, we didn't miss anything.
The entire booking process went smoothly, both here in Germany and on site.
Vacation planning for 2024 is underway and Villa Katrin is pretty high on the list.
We can recommend it 100%, top value for the price.

Great vacation, gladly again
Very nice, high-quality furnished and fully equipped house. Very clean and a great pool. Nice contact, both with the landlady and the property management. Central location to discover the country. We will be happy to come back.

Great house - super holiday :-)
We left Villa Katrin 4 days ago and have been wanting to go back ever since.
The house is very well maintained, well equipped and very cosy.
We spent a wonderful week there - despite the cold snap - and would like to thank Mrs Timmer-Nienhaus for the fantastic time we had in Lehigh Acres, as well as for the very friendly and obliging contact and the absolutely smooth handling of the entire rental. We would also like to express our gratitude for the exemplary care provided by the on-site property management (Mayer family).
In any case, we can recommend Villa Katrin without reservation and hope that we will be able to be guests there again soon.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage in einem Haus mit einem großen Pool!
Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Katrin verbracht. Wie bereits im Inserat zu erkennen, sind das Haus und der Garten gut gepflegt und alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Check-in lief super unproblematisch, es wurde uns alles erklärt und nützliche Tipps aus der Umgebung erhielten wir auch. Auch im Vorfeld wurden wir bestens informiert und konnten zu jeder Zeit mit Frau Timmer-Nienhaus in Kontakt treten. Wir würden gern mal wiederkommen und können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!
