Description
We offer accommodation for two people in an independent part of our house. The apartment is very well equipped, bright and pleasantly cool at all times, so that nothing stands in the way of rest and relaxation. It consists of a spacious bedroom with two quality beds, a living-dining room with fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Washing machine, Wi-Fi and private parking available. Bed linen and towels are available on request.
In our house you can end your exciting days at the beach or during excursions in the surroundings with a quiet evening, ready for new adventures.

Location and surroundings of object
Our country house is a modern version of the Gallurese "Stazzu", the traditional farmer's house in the northwest of the island. It is situated on the foothills of Monte Pino and, surrounded by our olive plantation, fruit and vegetable garden, offers a wonderful view of the rural surroundings, of "Monte Pino" on one side and of the Gulf of Olbia with its offshore landmark, Tavolara Island, on the other. Due to the elevated position of our property, it is 3-4 degrees cooler in the evenings than in Olbia and the humidity is much lower: in the summer months this is a definite advantage.
Only a few minutes away is "Monte Pino", 850 m, a nature reserve with many hiking and mountain bike trails. From here you have a wonderful view of the Gallura region and the Gulf of Olbia, and in good weather even Corsica.

"Detached beautiful house of the owner with rental of the "lower house". One is among oneself in absolute tranquility and view of Sardinian countryside and nature. Sheep and donkeys. The proximity to Olbia and the airport is perfect. About 15 min drive and yet in the middle of the green with a view of Monte Pino. The landlords are very helpful if needed and are happy to give excursion tips. The house beaches of Olbia can be reached by car in about 15-20 min. Day trips to Capo Testa with its 10 bays or to the surfer beach Porto Apollo. Not to forget the proximity to the Costa Smeralda with its great beaches. "
"If you want to get involved in Sardinia and leave the beaten tourist paths a little bit for this, you are absolutely right when you rent this extremely quiet apartment. It is located in the hilly landscape above Olbia and at the foot of Monte Pino. One has - especially at night - a fantastic view of the mountain range. On the property there are mainly olive trees. The landlords speak Italian, English and German and have an extensive knowledge regarding the Sardinian culture, which of course also includes the culinary area. The popular beaches can be reached from the apartment by car in about fifteen minutes. However, if you prefer it a bit quieter and more romantic, you have to drive a bit further. The apartment itself is simply cut, very clean and cool in the summer. It offers enough space for two people. The car can be parked without any problems. The landlords live in the same house and are always helpful For romantic souls: The balmy nights there are especially beautiful, when all you can hear is the chirping of the cicadas and the sound of sheep."
"We spent a fantastic week at Birgit and Mino's house, which is situated very near to Olbia and to the airport (10-15 minutes by car). The house is located in a quiet area and the views from the house are beautiful as you're surrounded by nature and at the same time the house is very well communicated with Olbia. The house is exactly as you see it in the pictures, very clean and there's wifi. We highly recommend this house for a beautiful holidays. Plus, Mino and Birgit are fabulous, they are very nice and they gave us very good advices about the best places to visit. It's an excellent choice!!!"

The apartment is really well-equipped and the terrace is a real plus for enjoying Sardinia and the tranquility of the countryside given the location of the house, and the unbeatable value for money!

Among other things, this is due to the friendly, hospitable and helpful landlords! Grazie Birgit and Mino!!! :-)
The flat is equipped with everything necessary, clean and quiet. (Very great e.g.: air conditioning for a restful sleep!)
The beautiful beaches and Olbia are easily accessible by car, so it's not far to go shopping and/or have a delicious dinner. Tips for this can be found in the guest books of the accommodation or are gladly given by Birgit and Mino.
We are already looking forward to our next visit!!!

Beautiful location, quiet and close to nature
The holiday home near Olbia is situated in the middle of a large property with fruit trees and a wide view over hills and fields. The city and the beaches and other destinations are only a few minutes away by car. The flat is super equipped and has a great terrace, the hosts Birgit and Mino welcomed us warmly and were available for questions with recommendations for activities or restaurants.
