Very close to one of these beautiful beaches in "Cala Marina" and in the shade of pine trees lies this vacation apartment with its own furnished terrace area on the upper floor. The apartment (approx. 73 sqm) has 1 matrimonial bedroom - 1 bathroom with shower/ WC/ bidet - 1 living/dining area with fireplace place and flat screen TV -integrated kitchen area with all comforts like oven, dishwasher, kettle etc... equipped according to household standards. The apartment is located only about 400 meters from this extensive white sandy beach of "Cala Marina" and can be reached quickly in a few minutes walk. The apartment has an occupancy of max. 4 persons. 2 sleeping possibilities are on a double sofa bed in the living area

Shopping and service facilities, bars and restaurants are sufficiently available within a few km. During the summer season there is a bar with beach umbrella + deck chair rental directly on the beach and also some recommendable restaurants with great fish dishes. The idyllic tourist town PULA (approx. 6.000 Ew.) with its renowned restaurants, pizzerias and events in the "Piazza", as well as the archaeological sites of NORA are reachable by car in approx. 15 minutes. Sports facilities (golf - tennis - horse riding - water sports - boat excursions) are offered throughout the area
The capital CAGLIARI with airport is about 52 km away. Journey from OLBIA about 3,5 hours and from ALGHERO about 3 hours.
