Our small, approx. 75 sqm settlement house has been turned into a wonderful domicile for our guests with great attention to detail: with a cosy kitchen-living room with espresso machine, a bedroom with double bed, a small room with bunk bed - the lower lying surface is 1.40 m wide and suitable for up to 2 people, a small shower room with toilet, a spacious hallway and a living room with garden stairs. The natural garden invites you to linger with its various seating areas and a pavilion under large fir trees. A parking space is available on the property.

The Spandauer Forst is about a 5-minute walk away, the idyllic Falkenhagener See lake is about a 10-minute walk away, and the 1st Berlin bus stop is about a 20-minute walk away. Excursions to Berlin, Potsdam (Sanssouci) or the surrounding area to Karl's adventure village or the outlet centre on the B5 offer a variety of holiday experiences.

The guest house can be occupied from 4 pm on the 1st booking day with contactless key handover (key safe, the code will be communicated by e-mail). Check-out on the day of departure is possible until 12 noon. There is a one-time charge of EUR 120 for the final cleaning. The accommodation price for one week is 750 EUR plus final cleaning. Long-term rental on request.

Beautiful accommodation.
We have been to this beautiful accommodation for the second time already. It feels like coming home - cozy, lovingly furnished, everything you need is there. For us as a family, it is clear - we will come back ;)

Beautiful holiday home
The reception was really nice. There were fresh flowers on the table and products from the region.
The holiday home is very lovingly furnished. The kitchen has everything and more.
There is a cosy reading area and a great garden. You immediately feel at home. We liked it very much and will certainly come again.

Pure relaxation
The holiday home is quietly located in a small street.
We were greeted very friendly, drinks and fresh flowers were in the kitchen. There was also a nice greeting card.
The flat is not only spotlessly clean, but also very lovingly furnished.
The beds are comfortable, crockery and all kitchen utensils are available in a modern kitchen.
The living room is cosy, the furniture comfortable.
Tasteful decoration everywhere - you just feel at home.
The garden was a highlight on the warm days. Shady and cool.
We will be back !!!

Top holiday home

Ruhig und sehr gepflegt
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in angenehmer und gepflegter Atmosphäre. Wir und die 2 halbwüchsigen Kinder hatten genügend Platz. Wir können das Quartier nur weiterempfehlen.
