The private, extensively equipped villa is located a little away from the tourist hustle and bustle in a beautiful panoramic position in Orba. Orba belongs to the district of "Marina Alta" and is well connected in a long valley only 15 km from Denia. Here you will find the panoramic villa Orba with a fantastic view over the valley to the sea. The villa has a living area of 180 sqm distributed over two levels on a private plot of 800 sqm. The property is available for your guaranteed sole use, so that you can spend an undisturbed and unconstrained holiday here.
Enjoy your holiday with a bubbling bath in the in-house Jacuzzi.
The approx. 32 sqm large, private pool has a Roman staircase. Enjoy the fantastic view and relax on the terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers and two relaxation baskets. For a quick cool down in between, there is an outdoor shower. Adjacent to the pool terrace is another terrace with a comfortable dining set with parasol and awning. A Weber gas grill invites you to cosy barbecue evenings.

By car you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants and bars as well as the centre of the village in only 5 minutes. The beach of Denia is only 20 minutes away. There is a parking space (carport) for your car on the enclosed property. Another car can be parked in front of the property.
The main floor can be heated electrically (air conditioning and electric storage heaters). Additionally, there is the possibility to heat with a gas fireplace and a gas stove. The costs for this are to be paid according to consumption.
