Villa Cristina is quietly located in a residential area at the top of Cumbre del Sol, overlooking Moraira. Nevertheless, it is only about 300 m to a supermarket, restaurant and pharmacy. The Cumbre del Sol's own beach, Cala Moraig, is only about 2 km away.
The plot is on a slope and is terraced. From street level with parking for 2 cars, a few wide steps lead around the house to the house entrance on the pool/sea side of the plot. The spacious villa consists of 2 floors. The upper floor has many and large windows, the lower floor is partially built below pool level but all rooms have windows. The two separate apartments are connected with an interior staircase, but also have separate entrances from the outside.
You will enjoy three dining areas around the property: poolside with brick barbecue and stone table and benches; the downstairs kitchen is conveniently just a few steps from the barbecue area. On the covered terrace / naya upstairs and also on the right side of the house with the best sea view, this dining area is also easily accessible from the ground floor kitchen. The ground floor apartment offers indoor fun for all seasons. Would you like to relax with a nice game of snooker, darts or table tennis? Enjoy the smart TV with the wifi flat rate? Bathrooms: 2, one en-suite, with shower, washbasin with vanity unit, WC, electric towel rail. A separate one with bath/shower, WC, washbasin with vanity unit. Both with windows with mosquito nets and grills.
Living/dining room: sunny with many windows, all windows with curtains, sitting area with 3-seater upholstered sofa, 3 armchairs, rectangular wooden coffee table, exit to covered terrace/naya with French doors and lattice doors. Dining area with large rectangular wooden dining table, 8 chairs and sideboard.
American kitchen: fully equipped.
Large corridor connecting the living room and the 2 bedrooms. From here there is access to a small study area with table and 2 chairs and 1 armchair, an internal staircase leads down from here to the lower flat. The upstairs door is not lockable, the downstairs door can be locked.
Covered balcony: overlooking the pool and some sea views, crystal balustrade for unobstructed views. Stairs on one side lead down to pool terrace. Furnished with rectangular extendable table and 8 blue folding chairs and a small round table and 2 chairs.
Lower flat:
Bedrooms: 2, one bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 1.90 m), 1 mattress (king size), built-in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, ceiling fan, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom with double bed, 1 mattress 1.50 x 1.90 m wide, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, air conditioning. Bathroom en-suite, small adjoining room with wicker sofa and table, can also be used for the baby cot. Separate exit to the patio and pool.

American kitchen: fully equipped with window overlooking the pool
Utility room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and 3 drawer freezer, window to pool. Behind is the games area with air conditioning: snooker, table tennis and darts.
The utility room leads into the small room off the second bedroom/bathroom, which also has a separate external door.
Sun terrace: by the pool. There is also a large stone table and 4 stone benches as well as the brick barbecue. The kitchen on the ground floor is just a few steps away. Second large terrace with sea view.
Pool: Size: 8 x 4 m Depth: 0.90 to 2.10 m, with Roman steps, and ladder in the deep part. 2 parking spaces

Location and surroundings of object
To the beach Cala Moraig approx. 2 km, with diving, snorkel and paddle places. Riding stable Canada del Sol. Through the Granadella Park you have access to the beautiful Granadella beach in Javea.
To the beach in Moraira, you drive about 15 minutes by car, to the beaches of Javea about 20 minutes by car.
The centre of Benitachell is about 3 km away. Quiet residential area, the house is located on a service road.
