Poolvilla Kathrina is located in the heart of Miami Playa, in a quiet residential area. The beach is about 15 minutes walk away, as well as a variety of restaurants and shopping. Amenities and facilities: Poolvilla Kathrina has 1 living/dining room with a modern upholstered set, SAT TV and a dining area for 4 people, as well as a sleeping couch for an additional person. It has a double bedroom as well as a 2 bed room. 1 bathroom with a tub, which has a shower curtain, so that can also shower, 1 washbasin, bitet and a toilet. Furthermore, the villa has a guest toilet with washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery, pots. All windows are fitted with fly screens, there is a washing machine and 10GB internet per week is free! The house has an open terrace facing the pool, with garden furniture for 4 people. Also there is a roof terrace on the garage. The charcoal grill is perfect for cozy private evenings. The pool has a size of 8x4m, on a private plot of about 550sqm, which is surrounded by a wall and you can spend your vacation very private in family or just with friends, with child and / or dog.

Cancellation terms:
- Rücktritt bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn 50 % des Mietpreises, Rücktritt 34 bis 15 Tage vor Mietbeginn 80 % des Mietpreises, Rücktritt 14 Tage bis zum Mietbeginn 90 % des Mietpreises. Die nicht zu erstattenden 10 % des Mietpreises sind für nicht entstandene Kosten für Wasser, Strom etc. Wir empfehlen eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung, welche Sie in jedem Reisebüro abschließen können. Grundlage für die Berechnung der Rücktrittskosten ist das Datum des Posteingangs oder E-Mail-Eingangs beim Hausbesitzer oder seinem Bevollmächtigten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, daß der Mieter einen Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen stellt. In diesem Fall entfallen die Rücktrittsgebühren für den Zeitraum der Weitervermietung und es wird lediglich eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100,00 € erhoben. Bereits geleistete Anzahlungen muß der Mieter mit dem Ersatzmieter verrechnen. b.) Stornierung oder Rücktritt bei einer Pandemie: Bei einer Grenzschließung von seitens der spanischen Regierung erhalten Sie Ihre Anzahlung unter Abzug einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100,00 € zurück. In allen anderen Fällen z. B. wegen einer Reisewarnung eines Landes außerhalb Spaniens, sowie persönlicher Angst oder nicht ausreichend geimpft sein eines Mitreisenden, gelten die obigen Rücktritts- und Stornobedingungen.
