A completely furnished detached house in the beautiful surroundings of the Lauwersmeer and Wadden Sea
There are many possibilities for recreation in the area such as: water sports (swimming, boat hire), visiting the island of Schiermonnikoog, booking a mudflat hiking trip or cycling along the nearby Wadden coast. A visit to the beautiful old town of Dokkum, which is 20 km away, is also a possibility. The city of Groningen can be reached within an hour by car. Here you can enjoy art, culture or a day of shopping. In the nearby Landal holiday park (1 km) there is an indoor playground for children and you can possibly rent bikes. There are within walking distance of our house several nice restaurants with terraces. Also within walking distance is a free to visit swimming meadow with play equipment
Paradyske 2.0 is a house where the bedrooms on the ground floor in the dike are built. It is a spacious park and you have a beautiful view from your living room on the lake and the dike
Layout hall with toilet, large luxury kitchen with dining table, living room. The stairs on this floor take you to the ground floor. This house is suitable for max. 6 pers. Large dogs are not allowed, a small dog can only after consultation with the landlord. They want to assess this in consultation with you.

On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, bathroom with a 2nd toilet and an infrared sauna
Bedroom 1: spacious 2-pers. box spring beds 1.80 x 2.00, here is also the infrared sauna.

Also located on this floor is a completely new bathroom, with large walk-in shower and extra toilet.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated on a small holiday park and is situated at marina Lauwersmeer. You can here possibly. a boat hire. The Lauwersmeer is a large lake and offers plenty of opportunities for water sports such as swimming, surfing, sailing, canoeing, supping. From the park you can see Lauwersoog on the other side of the lake. From Lauwersoog you can take the ferry to the Wadden Island of Schiermonnikoog for a day trip. During holiday periods, there is also a regular express service to Schiermonnikoog from the nearby Landall park Esonstad. Then you can leave the car at home. The nearby village Paesens Moddergat is a beautiful old fishing village on the Wadden Sea, here you will also find a museum of an old fisherman's house. The town of Dokkum with its 2 beautiful mills and cozy center on the water is about 20 km away from the house and is also fine on the bike along beautiful bike paths. Worth a visit and the mills can be visited.

Super holiday home
Hello everyone,

Super nice holiday home
A really nice fully equipped and clean house. Very good location and the view from the terrace is simply beautiful.... The contact with the landlord was excellent. We would come back at any time. Can absolutely recommend it!

Super location!
The house is super nice. It is located directly on a sailing harbour with several other houses.
The furnishings are exemplary and very tasteful.
We would rent the house again at any time. We were there with 6 people and a toddler.

Just a breath of fresh air at the coast or a day to 1 of the Wadden Islands. For this you are in this area all right.
