From the house you cross the road and walk past a "jeu de boules" park to the beach in less than 5 minutes.
A small supermarket with a newspaper, warm baguette, fresh fruit and all daily necessities is a few minutes' walk from the house. There are several restaurants and a Tapas bar on the beach.
The hinterland is beautiful with the mountains of the Pyrenees, Cathar castles and Mediterranean flora. A combination of sun, sea, mountains, nature, history and delicious food and drink.
The region around Perpignan has the largest number of sunshine hours in France, also in early and late season.
