Description
The house is located about 12 km from the beach and Lloret de Mar. You live on 85m2 on the upper floor, distributed over 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, 1 cozy living room and a large kitchen. Garden part with large terrace, garden furniture and small pool for private use. The pool has about 120 cm water depth, so ideal for families with children. 2 separate entrances are available. The house half is ideal for up to 5 people. The price refers to a maximum of 4 people. The fifth person must pay a surcharge of 20 euros per night. Heating optional as required. The house owners, a German couple, lives with his 3 dogs on the lower floor (Havanese, Chihuahua, water dog, all 3 are girls) Small dogs up to 10 kg are welcome on request.

Paradise vacation
We felt very comfortable and always like to come back to the Home of Spain Paradise.
Everything was great, clean and tidy.
And the two landlords are such lovely and sympathetic people that we immediately took them to our hearts.

Great vacation
We had a wonderful holiday in this great apartment in the summer of 2023, very nice, helpful landlords, great large, clean apartment, there is really nothing missing... very quiet location... the pool is small but nice, the four of us had a lot of fun ?... can only recommend this accommodation!!!

Successful spring vacation, highly recommend!
My husband, our little four-legged friend, and I spent a wonderful week in this holiday home.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen has everything available—which really pleased me as a passionate cook—
Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The garden is really great, especially in spring. The property is fenced, ideal for dog owners like us or families with children. The 3 family dogs of the owners got along excellently with our little one. The areas of the owners and the vacationers are completely separate, but we did want to leave all the doors open sometimes because our four-legged friends got along so well. This way, they could run around the house together during the hours we weren't on an excursion. Thanks again, Sibylle and Mike, for the really great tips! The only downside was that at the end of March, unfortunately, the pool couldn't be used yet. The water was simply too cold. But we have already booked directly for the summer and are very much looking forward to that time. And this time finally with a pool.
