Description
The two flats are located in a large country house, each with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Surrounded by lots of nature and birdsong, you can relax and unwind wonderfully here. The flats are lovingly and practically furnished.
Apartment 1 on the upper floor is approx. 43 sqm. It has a kitchen, bathroom with WC and shower, a bedroom with double bed and a living room with folding couch, as well as a large terrace on the south side of the house.
Apartment 2 on the ground floor is 55 square metres. It has a large, well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a comfortable extra bed for 2 people.
Here you can reach the terrace facing east directly from the kitchen.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located on a 2500 sqm large, well-maintained, fenced-in property surrounded by many trees and meadows in a quiet location in the small village of Ziddorf.
The village of Ziddorf is centrally located. From here you have good transport connections in the direction of Waren (20 km), Teterow (12 km), Malchow (25 km) and Malchin (19 km). You can also make many hikes on foot or by bike into the still very natural surroundings and enjoy the unspoiled nature. The Malchin Lake with its rare animal and bird species is in the immediate vicinity.
A trip to the Baltic Sea (50 km), Schwerin or Rostock is also worthwhile
The nearest bathing opportunity is, among others, the Schorssower Haussee, 1.5 km away, with the best water quality.

Evaluation FEWO Juhnke
We were very satisfied with the apartment and can recommend it to others. The Juhnke family is very hospitable. The location of the village is not ideal and it is quite far to the nearest shopping facilities and the cycling network in the area is still expandable. The Haussee is really great compared to the other lakes.

Super holiday apartment, a dream of green lawn and well-kept property!!!
Super hot summer 2018 and we could hardly believe our eyes, this lush green lawn. You step out of the holiday apartment onto the wonderful terrace and are close to beautiful nature. Breakfast in the open air, pure sunshine or shade. Cycling, hiking, swimming, exploring the surroundings and nature and enjoying the mild summer evenings on the terrace. Visit interesting and worth-seeing places in cities and towns and enjoy good cuisine.
A holiday apartment meticulously clean, lovingly furnished and very well equipped. Our heartfelt thanks go to our landlords, the Juhnke family, who were very friendly and helpful, standing by our side with advice and action and open to all questions.

Toller Segelflugurlaub mit Rollstuhl
Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung mit Hund und Rollstuhl als Ausgangspunkt genutzt, um am 15 min (Auto) entfernten Flugplatz an einem Segelfliegerlager teilzunehmen.
Unsere Aufenthalte in der Wohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist, konnten wir sehr gut zum Zwischenzeitigen entspannen nutzen.
Von der Wohnung aus kann man Kilometerlange Barrierefreie Spaziergänge durchs Grüne machen! Es war einfach toll und ein gelungener Urlaub!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung
Liebe Fam. Juhnke
Die Wohnung war einfach perfekt und ihr immer sehr nett und auch hilfsbereit. Waren sehr schöne und erholsame 10 Tage bei euch. Werden euch, bei Gelegenheit, auf jedenfall noch einmal besuchen. War zwar jetzt im Oktober nicht so schönes Wetter, aber wenn es warm ist kann man den Garten sehr gut nutzen.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Schöner sehr ruhiger Ort . Perfekt zum relaxen und erholen.
free time activities: Im Herbst oder Winter halt in die Sauna oder ins Schwimmbad. Im Sommer dann natürlich auch an den erlaubten Badeseen und man kann sehr viel Wandern oder mit dem Rad erkunden.Die Ostsee iat ja auch nicht allzu weit weg und es gibt sehr viel zu sehen in der Umgebung.
shopping facilities: Zum Einkaufen mus man ein stückchen fahren nach Waren oder Teterow, was aber kein Problem ist. Man kann das sehr gut verbinden, wenn man unterwegs ist.

Ruhiger, entspannter Urlaub in schöner Umgebung
Wir hatten beide Wohnungen gemietet. Die Wohnungen sind sehr komfortabel. Man hat einen direkten Zugang zum Garten mit schöner Terrasse. An die Wiese schließt sich ein Hühner- und Gänsehof an. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Vermieter sind unaufdringlich, bei Bedarf aber sehr hilfsbereit.
In wenigen Minuten ist man am "Haussee". Dort kann man schön baden und auch gepflegt essen. Ebenfalls nicht weit ist der Malchiner See, wo ein zu den Wohnungen gehöriges Ruderboot an einem romantischen Steeg liegt.
Die Landschaft ist sehr schön - hügelig mit vielen Seen. Es gibt viel Wild zu beobachten und auch zu essen, außerdem natürlich jede Menge leckeren und frischen Fisch. Obwohl wir in der Hauptsaison da waren, sind wir keinen Massen von Touristen begegnet.
Wenn man mehr als nur einige Menschen sehen will, kann man in einer knappen Stunde an die Ostsee fahren. Auch sonst gibt es eine Menge lohnende Ausflugsziele. Die Vermieter haben Mappen mit Prospekten in die Wohnungen gelegt.

Perfekt
Für 2 Parteien (wir waren 4 u. 3 Personen) toll geeignet. Beide Wohnungen: schön ruhig, alles vorhanden, unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sogar Fahrräder!
