Directly in the heart of the idyllic holiday resort PULA (approx. 6,000 inhabitants) - South Sardinia - is this very tastefully and modernly equipped holiday apartment. All shopping / service possibilities - restaurants - bars are all within walking distance. The nearest sandy beach "Baia di Nora" is also only about 2 km away
The apartment (approx. 65 sqm) is located in a small complex of new apartment bungalows, is fully equipped for household use and offers an occupancy of max. 4 persons. It has: 1 living/dining room with integrated kitchen - 1 bedroom with double beds + 2 bunk beds - 1 bathroom/ shower/ WC/ bidet - furnished terrace and own private parking space.
Additional equipment: washing machine - dishwasher - air conditioning - TV-SAT system - WIFI internet - hairdryer - toaster - gas stove with oven - fridge / freezer - private parking space.

In approx. 2 km distance is the leisure park "BLUFAN" with the super water slides - a pleasure for young and old. The golf course "Is Molas" (18 holes) is about 4 km away. Riding stables, sports facilities and cultural attractions are offered throughout the region.
All other beautiful sandy beaches of this region, like "PERLA-MARINA" - "CHIA" - "Tuerredda" are within easy reach.
In the months of June - September there are evening events in the "Piazza" of PULA, which will not let you get bored
Distance from the airport CAGLIARI only about 32 km - from OLBIA about 3 hours by car and ALGHERO about 2,5 hours by car.
