Description
For family holidays our large holiday villa for up to 6 people. You have the whole house at your disposal, large living room & kitchen with garden 3x bedrooms and bathroom.
Entrance and WC. In the living room there are 2 comfortable sofas, chairs and a dining table for 6 persons.
In the big kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave everything is available. Kettle, coffee maker and crockery fully equipped for 6 people.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have their own balcony. Two rooms are also equipped with a bathtub
The bathroom is equipped with bath, separate shower and double washbasin.
A travel cot for the little ones including fresh bed linen can be reserved.
These can be placed in all bedrooms
Of course there is also a flat screen TV with hdmi input with German channels and you have free fast Wifi / WLAN.
Lovely sheltered private garden, with garden furniture. You can relax here after a day at the beach, or enjoy breakfast / dinner or BBQ with each other!
until the end of june there is a visitor pass, with which you can park 3 hours ( clock - clock) free of charge at the flat.
150m from the flat is a free parking zone until the end of june.
From 2022 between 10.00h and 22.00h tourists can no longer park for free at the flat or Zandvoort,

Location and surroundings of object
Our characteristic Villa Maximlian is located in the access road to the centre and beach
Supermarket, restaurants and centre, located 7 minutes walk from the flat.
The beach, boulevard and train station are within 10 minutes walking distance. Zandvoort is an ideal seaside resort and also very centrally located for excursions in the area such as Haarlem and Amsterdam.
From the earliest times Zandvoort was a fishing village, now it is of course modernised. But the cosiness is still there! Zandvoort has a beach of 5 km length, with the finest sand. On the beach are many pavilions where you can have a nice meal. In the village there are many shops, restaurants and cafés and several supermarkets.
Directly on the boulevard is the Holland Casino. If you like walking, Zandvoort is absolutely great. Zandvoort is situated in a very large dune area, a paradise for cyclists and walkers!
When you want you can also play golf, there are several golf courses in the area. The golf course is located in the dune area, next to the internationally known race track.
When you leave the car, you can take the train to Haarlem centre within 10 minutes or to Amsterdam centre within 30 minutes!
Düsseldorf - Zandvoort are only 3 hours by train.

Zandvoort aan Zee is surrounded by wonderful nature. Not only the North Sea to the west but also the Zuid-Kennemerland National Park to the north and the Amsterdam water line dunes to the south of Zandvoort aan Zee make the location of the most beautiful seaside resort in the Netherlands unique. The Zuid-Kennemerland National Park is the domain of grazing bison and sheep and also a great area for a nice bike ride.

Beautiful timeout
The stay was simply beautiful. The house is great and you can quickly get to the city or the beach. In the evenings, you can also have a nice time at "home" in the large living room or in the small garden. Thank you for the beautiful days.

Oasis of well-being
We felt very comfortable in the holiday villa. Everything needed for daily life is available and within easy reach. The hosts are very friendly. We can definitely recommend the villa for a nice, relaxing holiday with children.

Anytime again
The landlords answered within a very short time after e-mail contact, both when booking and on site, they are available by phone, special requests, such as a missing teapot, were brought over the next day, the flat is bright, friendly and comfortably furnished. The electrical appliances are all in working order, the small garden, which cannot be seen, is lovingly landscaped. The deposit was returned promptly after departure. Even forgotten clothes were forwarded to us immediately after deduction of the postage costs. Thank you very much.

Hello, we are Sander and Renee, live 25 years in Zandvoort and are real beach and water sports people. The house is from 1915 and was previously a residence with paint shop and workshop of a famous house painter. Now we use the workshop as office and we have the house on 1st floor renovated in holiday apartments. We want our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy of the beach and dunes. Here you can really relax, sleep and breathe beautiful air delicious.
