The rustic country house is located in the unique Crete Senese, in the Chianti Classico about 10 km from Montalcino
It is tastefully furnished in Tuscan style and with 450 m² of living space offers plenty of room for max. 20 people (14 adults and 6 children up to 12 years) in 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.
The central location makes the property the ideal starting point to the Tuscan cultural cities such as Siena, Volterra, Cecina, Piombino, Grossetto etc..
The natural park of Maremma and Lake Trasimeno are also not far away.
Pets are welcome, please be sure to specify when booking.
Interior:
On the ground floor there is the large comfortably equipped kitchen, a very large living / dining room with a dining table for 20 people, with comfortable seating in front of the fireplace, TV set, pool table and foosball. There is also a fitness room and a guest bathroom.
On the first floor you will find a 2nd kitchen with adjoining living/dining room. Most of the 7 bedrooms (one double and 6 triples) have en-suite bathrooms. In total there are 7 bathrooms on this level (one with bath and 6 with shower).
All bedrooms are air conditioned and have fly screens.
Exterior:
Directly in front of the house is the barbecue area. Here guests can prepare their meals outside under shady awnings and then enjoy them together at the long table.
In the well-maintained garden, guests also have access to a table tennis table, a basketball hoop and the shady playground with swing and slide for the youngest guests.
The elegant pool area invites you to relax and unwind with its sun loungers and various shady resting places, an outdoor shower and another bathroom with shower. The large salt water pool (12x6 m) is accessed by a brick staircase with railing.
The property is not visible from the outside, so guests can expect a private atmosphere in peace and seclusion.
The pool is open from May to September (on request earlier or later)
There is ample parking on the premises.

The property is located in the beautiful Val d'Orcia, only 5 km from Torrenieri and about 10 km from Montalcino
In Torrenieri you will find all the main services, as well as supermarkets and restaurants.
Due to its strategic location, the property is an ideal starting point for day trips to the famous cultural cities of Tuscany such as Siena, San Gimignano, Florence or the Etruscan city of Volterra.
But also the idyllic landscape of the surrounding area invites you to all kinds of activities such as cycling tours, hikes and more.
Guests interested in sports will find numerous offers such as tennis, horseback riding, golf (18 holes), etc. in the surrounding area.
Nature lovers will enjoy a visit to the Maremma Nature Park or a trip to Lake Trasimeno.
