The holiday house is a beautiful vacation domicile (non-smoking holiday apartment) in the immediate walking vicinity of the Wild-West amusement park and Western town Pullman-City in Bavaria and centrally close to the Bavarian Forest National Park, the three-river city of Passau, and the Lower Bavarian Spa Triangle! Situated slightly outside the state-recognized health resort Eging am See - only about 2 km away and about 4 minutes by car. 5 minutes driving time from the A3 highway exit - our facility is located in an idyllic setting. It is a three-sided farm situated directly at the edge of the forest.
The holiday resort, enveloped in scenic beauty, impresses with all the privileges of a quiet, contemplative character. We are very pleased that we have succeeded in creating a beautifully coordinated unit between the thematic basic elements of the Western town with a modern facility.
The holiday house, due to its construction, can be used separately and independently.
You enter the holiday house in the courtyard through a separate private entrance, which you can of course use alone and undisturbed. On the terrace, you have the opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine in good weather, or simply relax by candlelight. You will find a grill that you can of course use. Alternatively, you can enjoy campfire romance at the park's own barbecue area on the premises.
You are welcome to park your bicycles in the courtyard.
When you enter the building, you are in the living/dining and kitchen area. Kitchen entrance area, making it convenient for you - whether you want to dine on the terrace or in the cozy living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for meal preparation: ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster. . . . .
On the upper floor, you will find the sleeping area and the modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. Naturally, we will provide you with bed linen and sufficient towels upon request. In the lower area, there is the living/dining area. There is a generous sectional sofa available with a sofa bed for an additional sleeping spot.
In the upper area (upper floor), the main sleeping area is located, featuring a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe.
In the second separate bedroom, there is a bunk bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) available for 2 people.
For an additional fifth person, there is an extra bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) available. The optimal occupancy is designed for 4 people. If you wish, you can use additional sleeping arrangements as described above.
Naturally, a modern LCD TV and free internet access via Wi-Fi are also available.
