Our holiday flat, lovingly restored in the style of the 50s, is located near the airport and the exhibition grounds in Friedrichshafen. It is furnished with changing mosaic work and paintings and offers a comprehensive library on the subjects of painting, psychology, philosophy, gardening, interiors, cooking.
It is located on a side street on the shores of Lake Constance. A cycle and hiking path passes directly by the house and a wide range of leisure activities are available in the immediate vicinity, leaving hardly anything to be desired. We will be happy to help you plan your holiday and to give our guests advice and support.
The holiday flat is only available in the summer season June - September, but is also suitable for short-term accommodation for professional reasons.

The city of Friedrichshafen charges a short stay tax of 2,50 Euro per person and day. The visitor's tax is not included in the rental price. It only applies to holidaymakers, not to tenants who are in Friedrichshafen for business reasons. |
Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 60 days before the day of arrival.
- Stornierungen innerhalb von 4 Tagen nach Vertragsabschluss oder vor Ablauf von 2 Monaten bis Reiseantritt sind kostenlos.
- Es muss bei Vertragsabschluss eine Reservierungsanzahlung von 120 Euro überwiesen werden. Dieser Betrag ist gleichzeitig Stornogebühr bei Absage innerhalb 60 Tagen vor Reiseantritt. Ab 3 Wochen vor Reiseantritt kann nur noch storniert werden, wenn 60 % des Mietpreises erstattet werden.

Sehr gut und freundlich
A very nice and friendly service. Retro, clean and comfortable interior. All rooms light and airy. And a big thank you for going out of your way to return our forgotten items! A lovely week in Friedrichshafen with the family. Very close to airport and city centre.

I like to look after guests and help with words and deeds. I am also very happy to have dog owners with their pets as guests. The garden is fenced all around, the dogs are allowed to move freely in the garden. There are beautiful walking paths in the surrounding area.
