Description
The upper floor has a semi-circular living room, which is equipped with a TV with satellite receiver. The open kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave oven and all the other things for a carefree holiday. Sunny breakfast terrace. Bathroom with bath and two twin bedrooms complete the upper floor.
In the basement there is a separate Studio is: bedroom with twin beds bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchenette. TV with private satellite receiver. In a separate room washer and dryer and iron are with ironing board
In all living and bedrooms have air conditioners.
The swimming pool with its large terrace is decorated with a Spanish barbecue and a stone table with benches. On deck chairs and umbrellas you do not have do without.

Location and surroundings of object
At the foot of Mount Montgó is located this villa in a quiet and popular area. Five minutes by car from the city centre and from the beach away. The views of Deniá, the sea and the mountains is and tennis court within walking distance. Three cars can be parked if desired, on the completely walled property. Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain is a typical Spanish town with great history and culture. Every Monday there is a big commodity market. Every Friday a wonderful fruit and vegetable market. By Ferry Ibiza can be reached in 3 hours. More trips to theme parks such as Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar, etc. Oceanografic are ideal for families with children. Likewise, hiking or biking from Denia can be well done. Of course, all water sports facilities are available. Sport facilities nearby

Schöne Finca
Wir waren bereits schon zum zweiten mal in der Peix Blau. Wir fühlen uns immer sehr wohl und der Platz und der Pool sind wunderbar. Die Betreuung und der Service sind super. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren Urlaub in Denia. Lg aus Essen

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig.
Das Haus hat eine SUPER Ausstattung. Der Poolbereich ist Blick Geschütz und ein Traum.
Die Vermieterin ist mit einem Wort gesagt TRAUMHAFT. Jederzeit erreichbar.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Ausgezeichnete Ausstattung, alles gemütlich eingerichtet. Liebevolle Betreuung durch eine nette Verwalterin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr tolles Haus und zu empfehlen mit Hund anzureisen
Wir waren übergangsweise in diesem Haus untergebracht, aber die Ausstattung und das ganze Drumherum ist toll und hatten es bereut nicht vorher schon gebucht zu haben.
Küche ist sehr klein aber man hat alles.
Wir waren auch von der Verwaltung und der Sauberkeit her sehr zufrieden, so was hatten wir noch nicht und wir hatten schon einige Häuser gebucht in Denia und Umgebung.
Der nächste Urlaub ist schon geplant.
