Then take a look at our holiday flat. A domicile with 60 m² of living space divided into two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The terrace invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun. In the 300 m² garden you will find a place to relax.
A small bathing lake can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The anglers among you have ample opportunities to indulge their passion in the nearby lakes.

Occupancy is possible with four adults and a small child sleeping in a cot. More persons on request. A walk through the narrow winding streets of the "fishermen's quarter" located in the south-eastern part of the town characterises the historical significance of the town - a place of fishermen. After an extensive stroll through the town, past the redesigned market square, the tourist information centre with the town's museum, the Baumhaselallee in Rathausstraße and many historic buildings that are now listed, the Havel promenade is an inviting place to linger. From here you have the opportunity to take trips to the Pfaueninsel, Spandau and Brandenburg, as well as moonlight cruises, with Wilfried Herzog's Ketzin shipping fleet.
A tourist attraction and at the same time a means of public transport is the Havel ferry, which allows you to cross the Havel to Schmergow (district of Potsdam-Mittelmark) in the direction of the motorway and the blossoming town of Werder.

Historical sights include the two oldest buildings in the town, the "Königs Wassersportheim" in Albrechtstraße, which dates back to 1798, and the small "Budenhaus" in Rathausstraße, which dates back to 1798, as well as many brick buildings that are reminders of the clay extraction of the. The Catholic church, the only one in the vicinity, can also be traced back to this origin.
Another attraction of the town is the Havelstrandbad on Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Weg, which is an inviting place for lazing around. The boat rental and a camping site are also located here.
Special cultural highlights are the traditional fishermen's festival, the annual skippers' meeting and the Christmas market. Many people also know the annual barn festival in Paretz.
Ketzin - is not only a tip for anglers, but offers a small paradise to all those who are looking for peace and quiet and want to relax, who like hiking or cycling and especially to water sports enthusiasts.

Herbstzeit in Ketzin
Wir können die Unterkunft zwar generell weiterempfehlen, da Ausstattung, Preis und Leistung gut sind.
Zu Abstrichen in der Bewertung hat die Tatsache geführt, dass es in der Unterkunft kein fließendes Trinkwasser gibt. Dieses wird durch den Vermieter Vermieter in Plastikflaschen!!!! geliefert. Abgesehen vom Plastik-Abfallaufkommen wird dieser Mangel in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft im Internet mit keinem Wort erwähnt. Wir waren gelinde ausgedrückt erstaunt.
Der Vermieter kann zwar für diesen Mangel nicht direkt verantwortlich zeichnen, da die Trinkwasserversorgung letztendlich Angelegenheit der Stadt ist, aber er muss in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Das zur Vefügung stehende Brauchwasser ist außerdem oftmals braun und riecht nicht gut.

We felt comfortable in the very well furnished holiday flat. Very centrally located for excursions
Very friendly and helpful landlords.

Alles gut
Das Haus lag ruhig. Der SEE war 5 Minuten entfernt.

Mangelnde Sauberkeit
Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr, sehr nett.
Aber als wir dann angekommen waren und uns den Bungalow näher betrachteten, waren wir doch etwas verwundert über die Sauberkeit. Das Bad ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Wasser musste man sehr, sehr lange laufen lassen, es war ekelhaft braun. Zum Duschen kostete es doch etwas Überwindung.
Als wir uns es dann nach erlebnisreichen Unternehmungen im Wohnbereich gemütlich machten, sahen wir, dass in ALLEN Ecken der Decken , wir nennen es Mutzeln , runterhingen.
Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer hätten auch mal eine Erneuerung nötig, wir schließen sehr schlecht.
Im Aussenbereich sieht man leider auch, dass dem Vermieter die Zeit fehlt, die Anlage sauber zu halten.
Die Ruhe ist sehr genial, wenn man sonst Stress hat.
