Our holiday home offers space for 4 people.
Dogs ( maximum 2 ) are welcome and stay free of charge.
It has 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, an open dining and kitchen area and a modern bathroom with floor-deep shower.
The windows are equipped with external blinds and insect screens.
The furnishings are new, bright and friendly and put together with great attention to detail.
A balcony, accessible from the dining area, offers an enchanting view of the Au flowing past the house, the village pond and old half-timbered houses.
A staircase from the balcony leads to the 480sqm fully fenced garden with side lawn and covered terrace.
Parasol, garden furniture, relaxation lounger, barbecue are available.

The holiday home is located in the centre of the village Söhren, which belongs to the municipality of Malente
Söhren is located in the heart of Holstein Switzerland, amidst green hills, wide fields and forests. Numerous lakes in the surrounding area , nice villages with sights and leisure activities and the proximity to the Baltic Sea, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car, promise fun and relaxation.

Wonderfully quiet
We stayed at Haus an der Au for the first time with our dog at the beginning of September 2022 and were curious about what to expect. The pictures on the internet promised a relaxing holiday in the middle of nature. Now after a few days back home we have to say - it was exactly like that. We enjoyed our holiday from beginning to end. The house on the river Au is located in a wonderfully quiet little round village, somewhere in the middle of nowhere, but still close to Malente, Eutin, Plön etc.. Shopping is therefore no problem, nor are long walks and/or bicycle tours directly from the holiday home. Places with beaches are also very easy to reach by car. The landlords are super nice and welcome you personally on the day of arrival. Even our dog, who always has a hard time with new surroundings, felt comfortable. The holiday home is the ideal size for 2-4 people with or without a dog, is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. We would definitely love to come back.

We were super satisfied
The holiday home is very tastefully and lovingly furnished and very clean. From coffee maker, toaster and kettle to hair dryer, everything is available. Everything is very well maintained. You can get to the Baltic Sea quickly by car. We were able to relax here very well and would like to thank the landlord couple very much. We always like to come back.
