Description
The cottage is renovated and has a living room with sofa bed, smart TV and views over the pool to the sea. The kitchen is completely newly furnished. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The large bathroom has a shower and a double vanity. The holiday home is located on a 1200 square meter private property of Villa Paula. The park-like grounds, with a landscaped rock garden with lemon, mango and fig trees, including the terrace with barbecue area, the garden house overlooking the sea, as well as the pool of 5 x 10 m with counter-current system, are available to guests. The guest house as well as the entire property with the terraces and the pool is romantic and laid out in Roman style and invites you to dream and enjoy. The location is very quiet, exclusive, yet very central. There are restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping facilities and bus stops in the immediate vicinity. A small, quiet beach "Las Galgas" is about 700 m away as the crow flies. In approx. 900 m distance is the Hard Rock Hotel with Beach Club, different pools, bars with DJ. Constantly changing events do not let boredom arise. The "Roca Negra Sunset Club" is also close by. All in all, a lot of variety for every taste, but also those who are looking for peace and relaxation will get their money's worth. A recreation and SPA area of the " Marina Palace Tenerife " is in the immediate vicinity. wonderful winter holiday
the time at Yanelis & Thomas' place was wonderful. We were well taken care of and lovingly looked after at all times. Everything is always perfectly clean. The pool maintains a pleasant temperature constantly. For a long-term vacation, the kitchen could be a bit larger, otherwise the house is the right size for 2 people. The property is really fantastic, very quiet and yet only a few minutes' walk from the Rosa Shopping Center, where you can buy everything for daily use.
Thank you very much again for the wonderful time.

Top accommodation in a good location
This was the second time we had booked the accommodation. The pool is great and pleasantly tempered. Due to its size, it is excellent for swimming. It was cleaned every day. The finca is very beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The terrace with the additional covered outdoor kitchen is a dream, as is the property. The landlords are super nice and very helpful. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The Rosa Center in the immediate vicinity offers everything you need. Once again we felt very comfortable. We will definitely book the finca again

Well-being stay
There were two of us staying at the finca for a week.
We received a very warm welcome and felt very comfortable from the start.
It is a very sunny location. The pool with its counter-current system and slide is great. Very clean and always had a pleasant water temperature.
Everything is very clean and well maintained.
Shopping facilities are within 5 minutes walking distance (shopping centre with supermarket).
It was a relaxing holiday for us!
Only recommendable!
We have already planned our next stay there next year.

Dream Holiday Tenerife
Our stay in Playa Paraiso with Thomas and Yanelis was wonderful. The accommodation is really a dream. It offers everything you could wish for a perfect holiday. The large pool was always clean and always at a good temperature, as was the entire complex. Evenings in the whirlpool were pure relaxation. The accommodation also offers a beautiful view of the sea. The accommodation itself is also equipped with everything you need.
The location is also ideal. Shopping facilities are just around the corner and the nearest restaurants and the beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. If we had any questions, the hosts were always available and very friendly
