In a beautiful location on the north Dalmatian Adriatic coast, near the small town of Drage, is the OIKOS Resort Buqez with a fantastic view of the Kornati archipelago and the offshore islands.
The resort with its 55 villas, in which our beach villa Stella #30 is located in the 2nd row of the sea, is especially suitable for people who want to spend a quiet, relaxing holiday directly by the sea, far away from mass tourism, on their own private beach
The upscale, Nordic style design,
36 m² villa equipped with:
1 living-dining area,
2 separate bedrooms,
1 shower/WC and a
18 m² covered terrace,

We have chosen the interior so that you will feel at home as soon as you arrive and can enjoy your stay from the first moment
Enter and experience the pleasant scent of the Nordic spruce from which the solid wood walls of the building are made.
The resort is open 365 days a year and is guarded around the clock.
Facilities include a reception, an additional laundry house with washing machine (for a fee) a children's playground and the beach bar Buqez, where you can enjoy your evening sundowner_
In the high season you can buy bread, rolls, fruit, vegetables and other groceries for your daily needs within walking distance in the supermarket, which is about 500 m away.
During your stay we provide you with our stand-up paddle board. So you can watch the fish in the clear water in the morning and enjoy the sunset from 1st row in the evening.
Your four-legged friend will also feel at home at the resort. He can go directly to the beach and enjoy his nap in the shade of the olive tree.
The beach in the resort is not crowded, because most visitors spend the day on your terrace. Thus, nothing stands in the way of a carefree relaxing holiday far away from mass tourism.....
If the weather should not be so nice, there is a comfortable couch in the living room, a TV with satellite connection and your own unlimited W-Lan connection. We have also provided various board games, books and beach ball games for the children.

OIKOS Resort Buqez is centrally located in the middle of many sights, which are very suitable for day or half-day trips within a radius of 20 - 100 km
The national parks Krka, Plitvice Lakes and Kornati are in very close proximity, as well as the renowned cities of Zadar, Sibenik, Vodice, Split and Trogir
The nature reserve of Lake Vrana is in the immediate vicinity.
The Vrana lake is approx. 14 km long and approx. 2 km wide and thus the largest lake of Croatia. An ideal area for anglers and bird watchers. Around the lake you can hike and bike very nicely.
The holiday resorts Drage, Pakostane and Biograd Na Moru can be reached by car in a few minutes

The resort is centrally located between the two airports Zadar (35 km) and
Split (90 km), so that a journey by airplane is also possible.
A final cleaning fee of 80,00 € and the local tourist tax of approx. 1,00 €/ person/ day are to be paid on site.
Also a deposit of 200,00 € in cash will be retained on arrival, which will be refunded on the day of departure after inspection without objections.

Top
We spent 2 weeks in the flat during the Whitsun holidays with five people. The location is excellent. In the 2nd row, sheltered from the wind but still with a view of the sea and very close to the beach. In June everything was quiet on the beach. There were only a few people to be seen. We enjoyed every moment of the perfect view from the terrace. We watched some of the sunset from the terrace or 10 metres away on the beach. The beach villa is highly recommended, clean and well maintained, very well equipped and nicely furnished. We had enough space for 5 people. Contact and handling everything went very well. The landlady was very nice and communicative. If you want to go boating you can rent a boat at the nearby campsite and explore the many islands and see dolphins. All in all, it was a top holiday.

Fabulous holiday
We spent a very nice and relaxing holiday in Beach Villa Stella. The kitchen is very well equipped so that you can cater for yourself very well. We slept very well in the beds. It's great when you can look out of your bed directly onto the sea in the morning. The beach was mostly empty. Only a few guests stayed there. After all, it's not far to get there. When you come out of the water, you can lie in the shade under the olive tree next to Villa Stella. It is also very sheltered from the wind.
We have already booked again for next year because we liked it so much.

Dreamlike cottage with sea view
We had a dream holiday with 4 adults in the Beachvilla Stella. Everything is available that made the holiday even more relaxing. The absolute highlight is the view of the sea from the terrace. Everything worked perfectly from start to finish. The landlords are very, very nice and help with any kind of problems.
We hope to spend our holiday there again next year
