This cosy holiday apartment furnished in country house style (1 bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds) is the ideal place for keen winter sports enthusiasts and hikers.
From the house you can get directly to the piste and directly to the cross-country ski run. At the end of a day's skiing you will glide right up to your front door!
For families with children or beginners, the Zillertal Arena is an extremely suitable skiing area with many wide blue slopes, where you can practice calmly and relaxed.
But also advanced skiers will find enough slopes in this area. End the day in one of our après-ski bars of Hochkrimml and enjoy the Austrian cuisine in one of the restaurants.
If you've never been on skis before, or haven't for a long time, we recommend the Hochkrimml winter sports school.
In summer you will come to rest completely in this beautiful mountain village. Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain and mountain bike tours. If you appreciate the quiet surroundings, Hochkrimml is absolutely the right place for you during the summer season.
The Durlaßboden reservoir invites you to go surfing, sailing, swimming or pedal boating, or simply enjoy time with a good book on the shores of the lake.

In the west of Salzburg Land, directly connected to the Zillertal, in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region and the Zillertal Arena ski area lies the Hochkrimml - Gerlosplatte area. Here you can spend a wonderful holiday.
The Zillertal Arena is the largest ski area in the Zillertal and stretches from Zell im Zillertal via Gerlos to Wald-Königsleiten and Krimml-Hochkrimml. On the 143 kilometres of slopes and 52 lifts, skiers and snowboarders will find a wide range of activities for all levels of ability. Almost 100% snow guarantee and skiing up to 2,500m guarantee the perfect ski holiday in the Zillertal for the whole family.
In summer there is a lot to do in the surrounding area. How about a beautiful hike on the green alpine meadows or a tour with the mountain bike through the mountains?
On warm summer days, water fun is guaranteed at the Durlaßboden reservoir, a wonderful place to relax for the whole family. A visit to the world-famous Krimml Waterfalls is also a must during your summer holiday.
You will be amazed by the power of the waterfall and the clarity of the meltwater. There is much more to discover in the area around Hochkrimml. There is certainly something suitable for everyone!
