A large terrace with a postcard-worthy panorama of the Zillertal Arena invites you to take small ski breaks with a relaxing snack in the sun.
The house combines friendly, contemporary interior design with lots of light wood. The spacious living room creates an alpine feel-good atmosphere with its tiled stove and rustic wood. The well-equipped kitchen and the large dining table literally invite you to cook together.
If you are looking for a little more variety, you will find restaurants as well as après-ski bars in the immediate vicinity, which will certainly offer a suitable alternative. This apartment offers enough space for up to 6 people (1 bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed, gallery sleeping for 3 people).
In the basement you will find a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a toilet extra. These rooms were newly renovated in 2020.
Due to the perfect location at the lift and cross-country skiing trail, you can start directly into the winter sports fun of the Zillertal Arena. In the Intersport shop you can rent suitable equipment for your activities.
If you have never been on skis before or haven't for a long time, we recommend the Hochkrimml winter sports school.
In summer Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain and mountain bike tours. If you appreciate the quiet surroundings, Hochkrimml is absolutely the right place for you during the summer season. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the crystal baths in Wald/Königsleiten or the WaterWonderWorlds in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.

In the west of Salzburg Land, directly connected to the Zillertal, in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region and the Zillertal Arena ski area lies the Hochkrimml - Gerlosplatte area. Here you can spend a wonderful holiday.
The Zillertal Arena is the largest ski area in the Zillertal and stretches from Zell im Zillertal via Gerlos to Wald-Königsleiten and Krimml-Hochkrimml. On the 143 kilometres of slopes and 52 lifts, skiers and snowboarders will find a wide range of activities for all levels of ability. Almost 100% snow guarantee and skiing up to 2,500m guarantee the perfect ski holiday in the Zillertal for the whole family.
In summer there is a lot to do in the surrounding area. How about a beautiful hike on the green alpine meadows or a tour with the mountain bike through the mountains?
On warm summer days, water fun is guaranteed at the Durlaßboden reservoir, a wonderful place to relax for the whole family. A visit to the world-famous Krimml Waterfalls is also a must during your summer holiday.
You will be amazed by the power of the waterfall and the clarity of the meltwater. There is much more to discover in the area around Hochkrimml. There is certainly something suitable for everyone!
