This holiday home is located in luxurious and modern Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, which is still partly under construction.
The detached holiday home is located on the ground floor and has a living room with smart TV and a luxurious open plan kitchen with built-in appliances, such as a dishwasher and a microwave. There are two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, each with two single box-spring beds in a double setup, a shower and a washbasin. One of the bedrooms has a TV. There's a separate toilet. For your convenience, there's a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Outside is a pleasant garden with a seating area and garden furniture. There's parking for one car directly at the holiday home.
At Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, various types of holiday homes and chalets can be booked for four to sixteen people.

Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is a brand new resort, at a stone's throw from the small-scale centre of the pleasant seaside resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. The resort is located between the Zeeland polder landscape and the dunes, bordering on nature re reserve De Verdronken Zwarte Polder, not far from the Dutch-Belgian border. The beach is only a 5 to 10-minute walk away.
Nieuwvliet-Bad has a wide beach and is especially popular with families. At low tide, several ponds appear on the beach. This shallow water is great for your children to play in. There are several hiking and cycling routes along the beautiful coast. Also discover nature reserve De Verdronken Zwarte Polder. Especially on foot there's much to see in this 55 hectare nature reserve. You'll certainly meet lots of birds here. The typical Zeelandic Flanders towns of Sluis (12 km) and Cadzand (6 km) can also easily be reached by bike. Here, the Burgundian lifestyle is given great importance. Just over the Belgian border you'll find the mundane coastal resort of Knokke (15 km). Here you'll find luxurious beach bars, designer shops and several restaurants and outdoor cafes. Closer to home there's the town of Breskens (10 km). This is where you can get your daily groceries and some nice fresh fish.
The swimming pool at Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is open! The pool has three pools, a spray park and slides for all ages.
Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is a beautiful holiday park in the making, in a wonderful location!
Beach Resort Nieuwvliet Bad is still under construction. For that reason there are no center facilities yet. The center building will be ready by mid-summer 2020 . Until there are, we do everything to provide you with all the conveniences. There is a sandwich service and you can use the facilities and the sports and animation activities of Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad (approximately 3.5 km away) and all facilities of Zeebad (approximately 9 km away).
Due to maintenance work, the pool is closed from Monday 15 November untill Friday 19 November.

The staff are very nice, polite and accommodating and will help where they can. However, there are a few things missing in the house... on the one hand, instructions such as how to use the gas stove and heating, but also small things such as sufficient kitchen utensils (can opener) or a working vacuum cleaner (missing floor nozzle).
Another complaint is that when we moved into the house, the refrigerator was completely shut down and all compartments were dripping wet. This should be checked better in the future.

Great area, very well-kept, spacious area, house was beautifully and elegantly furnished. We felt very comfortable and the service was also very nice. We had forgotten our hair dryer and were able to borrow one from the service point. We needed a multiple socket and were able to borrow one from the service point. You can easily rent bicycles in the park. It is estimated that more than 300 bicycles are available - including a large number of e-bikes. In the complex there is a well-stocked supermarket and a large restaurant.
If there is something to complain about then this:
There is no toaster in the kitchen area (at least in our house) and only a Nespresso coffee machine. That means buying capsules on site (quite expensive). The mattresses aren't necessarily of the best quality either.
But that's complaining on a high level. We will definitely vacation here again.

Beautiful holiday home that is neat inside, which is important! with a fenced garden for the dog, it would be social if the holidaymaker also cleaned up his own dog's excrement, so we also keep these homes available for dogs on holiday, the park has enough bins and bags for this.

Accommodation as booked. Good. But the outdoor area (terrace) could use a refresh. The existing parasol and stand are also no longer really OK.
The facility in general is very nice. The center including restaurant and supermarket is really great.

The house we booked was exactly what we expected. The holiday park was very well maintained and there were amenities such as bike rentals, a mini supermarket and an indoor pool on site. Since we were already familiar with the area, we found everything we were looking for. For other guests, a map of the area with information about sights, beautiful cycle routes, etc. would be helpful (or a current Badkourier) I would have liked a lawn for the terrace at the house.

We had a beautiful luxury holiday home. Good beds and good showers. A lot of light did enter the bedroom through the shower window. So we hung a towel over that. We did miss a knife to cut fruit or meat. But those are little things in an otherwise great stay.

Beautiful house, but quickly very warm inside! Also windows without curtains etc. which also makes very light on the bedroom at night. Park is very large and massive. Nice area for cycling and walking.

The house is great as always, unfortunately right on the construction site of Neue Heussern. From Monday to Monday, even on Saturday, the work was very loud there, which I'm happy to prove with video recordings!

The cottage is good in itself but the cleaning is not the best you pay a lot of money for it but you do not get value for money we had to clean everything better ourselves, especially a lot of dust under the beds and on the ceiling, stains from the wall removed near the dishwasher plus there are no manuals of the equipment in the house.

The bungalow was very quiet and comfortably furnished **** The beautiful wide beach was not far and the holiday park center offer many possibilities. We will definitely spend nice days there again.

Cottage is excellent facilities ook.Jammer that opening times of restaurant and shop vary. So you have to look at the site every day. Reserve in time at the restaurant otherwise no place!!!

Beautiful new house. Everything was there. Beautiful garden around the house. Park well cared for. Beautifully diversely developed. No unity sausage. Nice that you can go to your house with a pin code. Renting bicycles is super easy. Had a nice holiday.

Nice lodge with a large garden in a beautiful park. The park is located behind the dunes so the beach is close by. Many nice places to visit in the area such as Sluis, Breskens, Cadzand, etc. Belgium is a stone's throw away so there is plenty to experience / visit.
