Description
In the quiet village of Valtura near Pula we offer a new villa for 12 people. The villa has a large terrace with sea views and in the garden there is an additional covered terrace with grill where our guests can prepare delicious meat or fish dishes.
The villa consists of 6 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms. Our guests have a very well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. A large living room with air conditioning and satellite TV offers space for relaxation. The living room leads directly to the large heated pool of 50 m2. 12 sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available.
The villa has WiFi internet and all rooms are air-conditioned and have their own Smart TV.
There is also a game room with billiards, table football and darts.
There is a reserved parking space for our guests in front of the house.
Pool will be heated only in this months- April, Mai, September, Oktober.

Location and surroundings of object
The small village of Valtura is located very close to Pula Airport. Valtura is well connected with Liznjan and Pula, and is known for several archaeological discoveries, especially Nesactium, which is only 2 km from Valtura. The non-action hillfort was formed in the Bronze Age. It was the political and religious center of the Histrian tribal alliance and their capital. Here 177. pri. Christ played a decisive battle between the Romans and the Histrians. In Valtura, the neo-Gothic church of St. John the Evangelist in 1899 on the site of an old church from 1630. Valtura is a perfect place for those who want to escape from the city and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Very large villa with everything you need
We stayed in this villa 1 week ago and really enjoyed our stay. We were 12 people and really had plenty of space. There was nothing left to be desired, the villa is modern, fully equipped (except for a hairdryer), exactly as pictured and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, there was a large gas barbecue so that we could cook and barbecue for so many people. The rooms are big enough, all air-conditioned and the bathrooms all have a shower, toilet and washbasin. Unfortunately, it was often difficult not to submerge the whole bathroom in the shower, as water kept running through the shower wall. But it wasn't so bad if you were careful. In one room there was even a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom. There was also billiards, darts, table football and table tennis. The pool is really big and heated. There were enough sunbeds and parasols as well as a beach bed. Very comfortable.
The roof terrace offers a good view of the sea in the distance. The area is very rural, a farm is right next to it, but didn't bother us. There are plenty of parking spaces, 2 inside and 3 outside the property. A car is really essential as there is only one very small shop in the village where you can get the essentials
The only thing we had to complain about, and this is really complaining on a high level, there is only one small rubbish bin for 12 people. The rubbish is collected twice a week, but unfortunately there are a lot of cats and dogs that take the rubbish apart if it is not in the bin. The filter coffee machine for 12 people is also very slow and small
About the location, as a tip for subsequent guests. The address is not found by most navigation systems and it does not exist on Google Maps. But with a little searching, you can find the address.
