Location and surroundings of object
The apartments are centrally located and yet very quiet. The beach is only 150 meters away. You can find everything in the immediate vicinity, that the heart desires - from supermarkets to restaurants, from the hairdresser to boutiques, ice cream shops or bars. From Puerto del Carmen from driving buses to all central points of the island, so you do not necessarily need a car - unless you want to explore the island on your own by car. Puerto del Carmen stretches along the southern coast through the lovingly restored old harbor of Puerto del Carmen to the marina of Puerto Calero.
The place is very varied with great white sand beaches, promenades, restaurants, shops, boutiques, etc. It is located 2 km from the golf course, the zoo 'Rancho Texas' 2 km and the Avenida de las Playas invites you to stroll. Waterfront along leads from here a hikers and cyclists to Arrecife or even further to Costa Teguise.
