Beautiful, bright 1 room apartment on the 5th floor of the "Haus am Meer". A lift takes you up to the floor.
Living room/bedroom with a fold-out, smooth-running double wardrobe bed with 2 separate 90 cm mattresses and slatted frame, dining area in front of the window and sofa set. Flat-screen TV, free wifi and calls to German landlines. Separate chic, white kitchen with Nespresso machine, as well as shower bath with hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and radio.

As a private landlord, we participate in the Nordfriesland model project, which starts on 1 May 21 for 4 weeks. The guest must undertake to arrive with a current negative test result and to be tested every 48 hours in one of the test centres. For persons who have been fully vaccinated, the follow-up tests are not required. This must be documented to the landlord. If the project has to be cancelled, immediate departure at own expense is required. Unused travel days will be reimbursed by the landlord. The use of the Luca App is required for contact tracking.

Holiday ap. 114 a house by the sea
An absolutely recommendable flat in a central location. The shopping mile and the beach are in the immediate vicinity. I have often spent my holidays in this well-equipped flat, sometimes alone or with my granddaughter. The flat has become even more comfortable after the renovation. Simply an oasis of well-being. The balcony, which cannot be seen from the outside, is worth mentioning as it offers a great view over the city. Of course I have already booked my holiday there for this year.

Wonderful stay
Beautifully furnished flat with a great view. Everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable.
Shopping facilities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and also very close to the beach. We will definitely be back.
