The charming Villa Frontera is located in Nova Vas, a small town 6 km from Poreč. The house is suitable for max 6 persons. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace with garden furniture and a private swimming pool of 25m2. The living area consists of three bedrooms; one bedroom with a double bed with exit to the terrace, another bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two separate beds including a baby cot. Bedrooms with double bed are air-conditioned. Guests also have access to two bathrooms with shower. Washing machine is available free of charge. A quiet, charming location combined with this nicely furnished house will surely give you and your family a wonderful holiday in Croatia. The nearest beach, Villa Frontera, is a 10-minute drive away, while the restaurant is in the immediate vicinity. A maximum of one pet is allowed and the garden is completely fenced.

Villa Frontera is located in a small village of Nova Vas, only 6 km from the center of Poreč and 5 km from the popular beaches in Porec and the resort of Lanterna. The house has its own fenced garden with pool. The area is pleasant,quiet, close to the sea and the charming Istrian town of Porec that will enchant you with its beauty. In Nova Vas there are pizzerias, bakery, cafes and food shop. There's a cycling and a hiking trail in the town. The place is ideal for families with children and couples who want to spend their holiday in a quiet location away from the city noise..
