The spacious house is located about 200m from the lake, is designed for up to 6 people and family-friendly equipped
In the 20 sqm large and cosy living room there is a couch, a Smart TV, a WLAN router with up to 300 MBit, a chest of drawers with board games and books.
The dining area and the open kitchen are 26 sqm. The solid alder kitchen has underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. The adjacent dining room has a solid dining table with 6 upholstered chairs, a chest of drawers and a glass cabinet with a DAB+radio with Bluetooth and CD player.
The 12,5 sqm large and beautiful bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and 2 wardrobes with a sufficient amount of space.
In the attic there is a bedroom of 11 sqm size with a double bed of 140 x 200 cm, as well as a chest of drawers with shelves and a clothes rail.
Another bedroom in the attic also with 11 sqm size has a pull-out bed 80-160 x 200 cm, as well as a wardrobe and a clothes rail.
The bathroom on the ground floor is 7.5 sqm, has underfloor heating, a WC, a large washbasin and a 90 x 90 cm shower with glass door.
The WC in the attic is 4 sqm.
In the 9 sqm house connection room there is a table football and a washing machine with all accessories.
On the large wooden terrace you can enjoy the sun already in the morning or end the evening with a cosy barbecue.
The garden furniture and the parasol are ready for you.

In the nature park, about 40 lakes invite you to linger.
The bathing area at Salem Lake (with playground) is about 200 m away.

In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous sights, excursion destinations, hiking trails, bicycle tours etc

To feel good!
We have now been to the holiday home for the second time and felt very, very comfortable again. Swimming in the lake in the morning and then hopping into the shower is simply great! We also went on the pedal boat on Lake Salem this time, on the excursion boat on Lake Ratzeburg, and on the electric cutter on Lake Mölln, which is really recommended! And fishing enthusiasts also get their money's worth! Finally, there are many great farm cafes with delicious cakes in the area... Thanks again to the nice landlords for the great stay!

Perfect vacation home
As "repeat offenders" we were able to find out this summer that the beautiful holiday home still offers just as much holiday fun as on our first visit. We found the house in the same perfect and very clean condition. The same goes for the cozy terrace and the beautiful garden. Just like last year, the friendly landlords also gave us great tips for exploring the area. Conclusion: 5 x 5 stars :-)

Beautiful house, great location, nice landlords.
We were already in the beautiful house two years ago and this time we found it just as great as we remembered. Even with one more family member, it worked out great - the kids felt very comfortable. (Especially the foosball table and the stones on the driveway fascinated them very much...) The equipment is still top-notch, we didn't miss anything.
This time, half of the family arrived by public transport, and that worked out fine too. The proximity to the bus stop makes the house absolutely suitable for a vacation without a car, you can reach Ratzeburg in 20 minutes and Zarrentin in 25 minutes.
Apart from that, we only have to mention how nice the Hartkop family is - we thank you and are already looking forward to the next time!

Wonderful vacation home
The house is spacious, bright, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything you need to live, and of high quality. It is quietly located on a garden plot surrounded by other single-family houses with gardens, and it is only a five-minute walk to the small beach on Lake Salemer or the hiking and jogging trail around the lake. There is also a recommended restaurant there. An ideal accommodation for a relaxing and exploring holiday (Lauenburg Lakes, Hamburg, Lübeck, Baltic Sea...).

Great holiday home with very high quality furnishings
Dear Hartkop family,
we enjoyed our time in your lovely holiday home in Salem very much. We were thrilled by the great terrace and the beautiful garden and felt very comfortable. Great holiday home in a quiet lakeside setting
We really enjoyed our short Easter holiday in this beautiful house, the quiet location close to the lake.
The house is lovingly and tastefully furnished, and the attention to detail is palpable. The precise wooden fittings radiate a cosy warmth. Everything was there and we were able to enjoy the time with 6 adults and 2 children. The terrace, the large garden and the meadow behind the barn offered enough space to play. The photos on the internet reflect the reality of the house. The bathing place with playground, which is only 200m away from the house, is ideal for small children, but also the sunset can be enjoyed here. The surrounding area with its many hiking and cycling trails and the Salem moor invite you to relax. All in all, a successful holiday in a great house with nice landlords - we will gladly come back!

A house to feel comfortable in!
Dear Hartkop Family,
we would like to say THANK YOU for this wonderful week we were able to spend in your holiday home. The house is equipped with wooden furniture, which makes everything very warm and friendly - just the way we like it to feel comfortable. Everything was super clean. The bathroom on the lower floor is also very nice. We really liked the separation of the toilet and shower (in the same room), and there were shelves everywhere. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils, nothing was missing. We had plenty of space in the adjacent dining area to eat and play games. The living room on the upper floor was also comfortably furnished. With the 3 bedrooms, everyone had their own sleeping place.
The location of the holiday home is very nice. It is on a small hill, so you have a wide view into the distance. There are various lakes all around that invite you to go hiking. Hamburg and Lübeck are quickly accessible. The Hartkop family is very friendly ?.
If we want to go to Lübeck again, this holiday home is a very good option.

Herbsturlaub am See
Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Woche mit der Familie verbracht. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der schöne große Garten und die Terasse waren perfekt um die letzten Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Von der Terasse aus wie auch von den Zimmern im oberen Bereich konnte man sogar den See erblicken.

Super Urlaub
Ein Super schönes Haus, sehr nette Familiäre Vermieter, Zentral gelegen man erreicht alle Ausflugsziele und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von 10 km -30 km schnell mit dem Auto. Ausstattung war alles bis auf 1-2 Dinge vorhanden. 3 Doppelzimmer und Ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Und Abends gibt es Fledermäuse zu beobachten ;) . Ein kleiner Strand mit Spielplatz und Wanderweg 5 Gehminuten Entfernt.

Eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche im wunderschönen Ferienhaus
Leider hatten wir nur eine Woche in diesem wirklich sehr schönen Ferienhaus gebucht. Auch wenn sich das Wetter nicht von seiner sonnigsten Seite zeigte, verbrachten wir eine sehr erholsame Zeit in Salem und Umgebung. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, um einen unbeschwerten Urlaub zu verleben, die Umgebung wunderschön, vor allem die kurzen Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu erwähnen, man ist schnell in Hamburg, in Lübeck und auch an der Ostsee.
Liebe Familie Hartkop, wir möchten uns noch einmal ganz herzlich für die schöne Woche in Ihrem Ferienhaus bedanken und wir kommen ganz bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Seenlandschaft
Wir haben unsere Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus am Salemer See sehr genossen! Das Haus ist liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was wir brauchten, inklusive Spiele, Kinderbücher und schnelles Internet für unseren Teenie... Wir hatten zwar nicht die ganze Zeit Glück mit dem Wetter, aber in Salem selbst und auch in der Umgebung ist, gerade wenn man Wassersport mag, ja für genug Abwechslung gesorgt. Ein absolutes Plus ist die Zweigstelle der Bootsvermietung Morgenroth am Salemer See und natürlich die Badestelle mit Spielplatz, die wirklich nur einen Katzensprung vom Haus entfernt ist. Einen Großeinkauf haben wir in Ratzeburg gemacht, den Rest (inklusive leckerer Franzbrötchen, wenn man morgens früh genug dort ist) bekommt man auch im Hofladen Kaiser. Alles in einem ein gelungener Urlaub in einem tollen Haus mit netten Vermietern - sollten wir noch mal Urlaub in Salem machen, dann bestimmt hier!

Toller Familienurlaub
Sehr erholsamer Familienurlaub in völlig neuem Ferienhaus mit großem Garten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (u.a. schnelles WLAN, ausreichend Geschirr), lediglich eine Mikrowelle wäre noch zusätzlich möglich. Der kleine Badestrand (ca. 200m entfernt) ist meist sehr leer und wenig "touriverseucht". Man kann einfach abends noch mal schnell mit einem Handtuch über der Schulter zum Baden gehen. Die komplette Abwicklung durch Fam. Hartkop war sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert - sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub
Wir hatten die Ehre die ersten Gäste in diesem sehr schönen gelegenes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus sein zu dürfen. Der Empfang der Familie Hartkopp war sehr herzlich und sie war sehr bemüht uns einen tollen Aufenthalt möglich zu machen.
Die Umgebung ist toll, der Salemer See nur 2 Min. Fußweg entfernt, trotzdem haben wir uns die meisten Zeit am und im Haus aufgehalten und uns prächtig erholt. Jung und Alt haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!!!
