La Colletta is situated on a completely enclosed property. The spacious property with its well-kept pool area has been stylishly restored and furnished to a high standard. With 6 bedrooms (3 doubles and two singles plus an annexe) and 6 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 people in 280 sqm of living space.
Enter directly into the tasteful living area with dining room and lounge on one side and an open plan, superbly equipped kitchen with separate pantry on the other. Antique stone floors with mosaics and very well maintained furniture in a skillful mix of antiques and modern design reflect an upscale interior design.
On the first floor there is a homely lounge (extra bed possible) and two elegant double bedrooms (180x200 bed) each with private bathroom. On the second floor of the house is a central large double bedroom (160x200) with exclusive shower bathroom and ensuite two separate single bedrooms.
From all bedrooms you can enjoy wonderful, uninterrupted views over the property and the whole valley. In the side wing of the house is another double bedroom (140x200) with a small shower room, which can be booked separately if required. This room has a separate access to the garden.
The heart of the house is the garden with the large pool landscape. The 4x10 m salt water pool (chlorine free) with counter current system is wonderfully sunny situated. For sun worshippers no wishes remain open here the whole day. On the adjoining sunbathing lawn you can relax in the shade of the centuries-old olive trees. Next to the pool are changing rooms with toilets.
Around the pool and in the garden life takes place in summer. Whether you want to relax in the hammock or enjoy a glass of cool rosé together in the sofa corner, whether you want to soak up the sun on the sun loungers around the pool or seek shade, everyone will find their favourite spot here. Those looking for activity play a round on the in-house bocce court or a tournament at the table football. The perfect complement is the fully equipped open-air kitchen next to the pool area. The equipment with BBQ, pizza oven, sink invites you to live outside around the large dining table under the old olive trees.
There are up to 3 parking spaces in the private car park.
The whole property is very well maintained. Once a week the pool service comes for cleaning and a gardener. In addition, the house lady comes and changes the laundry and does a small cleaning (3h). On request we can also organize a house-keeping service extra by the hour. Holidays in La Colletta means enjoying the Italian "Dolce Vita" with all senses.

Villa La Colletta stands exposed in a dreamlike panoramic location just a few kilometres from the fine sandy Riviera beaches. Quiet, with an unobstructed view over the entire valley, the exclusive mansion La Colletta lies on the edge of the tranquil village of Prelà. An extensive network of wonderful walking and hiking trails criss-cross the land surrounding the estate. Everything you need for your daily needs, fresh bread and groceries can be found in the centre of Prela (2.5 km by car or 1 km on foot). But also the bustling town centre of Imperia (11 km), the elegant boutiques of Sanremo (30 km) or the fashionable Monte-Carlo (60 km) invite you to go holiday shopping. Various restaurants from the small pizzeria directly in the village to the star restaurant in Imperia completes the perfect holiday offer.

Please talk to us about this. We offer complete prices as far as possible. This means that you know what your stay will cost as soon as you look at the table. The rental price is valid for the above mentioned number of persons including final cleaning, bed linen, towels, kitchen gas, water and electricity, as well as the agency service. Possible heating costs are not included and will be paid directly on site according to personal consumption. |
