This luxurious and elegant villa is located in Porto di Brenzone, in a slightly elevated but very quiet and reserved position. Villa Dismero is surrounded by a well-kept garden of 3,000 square meters and welcomes you in maximum privacy. It conquers you with a breathtaking view and makes your holiday simply unforgettable. From the parking area, an important staircase leads to the main entrance on the mezzanine floor, where you will find the large and spectacular living room, equipped with a fireplace and dominated by the large sofa with numerous seats, the dining room, the equipped kitchen and a bedroom with double bed The air conditioning is located in the private bathroom with shower.At the front overlooking the lake is the most interesting part of the property: a large covered terrace with a dining table that leads to the garden with barbecue, deck chairs and sun loungers and the large pool (unheated and open from Easter) in October). From all this area, where you spend most of the time in complete relaxation, you can enjoy a splendid view of the lake and Mount Baldo. Back inside, we go up a short staircase that leads us from the living area to the upper floor, where a mezzanine open to the living room below gives access to a double bedroom, a private terrace with views and a private bathroom with bath and bathtub allows shower. The two other double bedrooms on this floor share a second bathroom with shower and another terrace with views.All bedrooms are air conditioned.From the living room the staircase also leads us to the lower floor where we find the laundry room with washer and dryer and a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. This room is not air conditioned, but the fans are enough to provide the necessary comfort. From here you have direct access to the large garage and parking. The lake, the beaches and the town center with bus stop are just a few tens of meters away and can be easily reached on foot. Here we find several restaurants, pizzerias and a small grocery store. The villa is equipped with TV and wifi. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. No drinks or food are offered.
