If you like it rural and are looking for a perfect garden with a dog, you are in good hands at Reethäuchen. A waste collection calendar would be nice. It's a shame that some people don't understand waste separation and deposit cans end up in the yellow bin! A pair of scissors was missing in the kitchen. We would book the house again because you can visit both the North Sea and the Baltic Sea from there. Thanks to the cleaning team, everything was fine.

Very nice house in a quiet location. Ideal for relaxing and still relatively central to many excursion destinations. Two sunbeds and a parasol wouldn't be bad. Otherwise, we didn't miss anything. We will gladly come back...

and we felt very comfortable. Impressive is the silence all around when no tractors or cars rush by. The equipment of the house is very simple and minimal - but sufficient when you are mostly on the go. The evenings can be really cool in the house, so the existing blankets are really useful. Our dog loved the large property. Everything is fenced, so you can relax here completely. It would be nice if there were seat cushions for the garden chairs.

We enjoyed our time at the Reethuus very much. We were looking for peace and seclusion and found it. The weather wasn't really nice yet, but as a dog owner, there is only bad clothing ;). Therefore, we couldn't really use the beautiful garden. The house is tidy and cozy. Everything is available to relax. We would love to come back.

It was nice at the Ohrstedter Reethuus. Very nice location for relaxing. Super cozy furnishings, fits the house perfectly. The garden is also beautifully designed. The equipment of the house is great. Everything you need is there. Would come back again and again.

We were allowed to spend our 10-day vacation in the very well-kept, tasteful and spacious thatched-roof house in the best weather. We didn't miss anything during our stay. The beautiful garden with seating invites you to linger. We were able to explore many sights by bike. We would love to come back.

This vacation home is wonderful. We had a very relaxing and peaceful vacation in the Reethus. Clean and well maintained, lots of space. The location in the middle of nature is perfect for those who want to get away from the hectic everyday life. You don't hear the train line at all and the road is not used as a racetrack as some have described. Questions were answered immediately and a small problem with the WiFi was solved immediately. (which is vital for 14 year olds).

"We spent three wonderful weeks in North Friesland. The house was inviting, clean and provided us with everything we needed. The garden invited us to picnic during sunny days and we often spent our evenings on the terrace. We lacked nothing, we were simply satisfied. With our dog, we set out almost daily for beautiful excursions and we all enjoyed it very much."

The location of the house is quiet and idyllic. The house is about 12 km from Husum town centre and invites you to explore the surroundings. A car or bicycle is recommended. Alternatively, the nearest bus stop is about 1 km away. In the village itself there is a shopping opportunity (approx. 2.5 km away). Everything we needed was available in the house (no washing machine, but we didn't miss it). The wifi was not set up yet, we were aware of this beforehand (the landlord says the router will be activated in June 2020). There was nothing to complain about during our stay. We would love to stay here again.

The house is lovingly furnished and we felt very comfortable in all rooms. The garden is spacious, beautifully landscaped and completely fenced in. The only door to the garden, which is open about 15 cm downwards, can easily be made "escape-proof" for small dogs with the material available on site. If you want to have peace and quiet with your pet(s) on an estate and want a relatively spacious property for this, you are in the right place here. It is not far by car to many attractive places and shopping facilities. The dog beach Hungerhamm / St. Peter Ordiung is also within easy reach by car for a day trip. Unfortunately, we had rainy weather for a week during our stay. Therefore we missed a clothes horse for wet clothes and a partial roofing of the terrace, because: it was not cold - it was just wet. We can definitely imagine coming here again.

We were there in June with our two small children. The house is beautiful and well equipped. The garden is wonderful to enjoy the peace and quiet there. We had bicycles and a car with us to explore the area. We liked it very much.

The house is beautifully furnished and has a large garden on the edge of Wester-Ohrstedt. Perfect for someone who likes to have their peace and quiet. A bakery and supermarket are within easy reach.

Perfect starting point to explore the north of Germany. We have made tours to the islands from here, visited the North Sea and the Baltic Sea and explored places like Flensburg and Schleswig. Everything can be reached within an hour. It is a very well-maintained little house with a pretty garden and a large garage. The furnishings are very tasteful and in very good condition. The kitchen is equipped with everything the average person needs on a daily basis. On the terrace you can relax in the evening with a view of the sunset. If you bring your bicycles, there is more than enough space in the garage and there is also room for your car.

A nice house with room for 4 people. The property is fenced (a gardener could stop by). Everything in the house is very clean - the kitchen sufficiently equipped - also very clean here. Bathrooms old, patched up with various renovations - but fully usable; unfortunately there are no possibilities to hang up towels or the like. In the guest toilet there is no cubicle or curtain at the shower. Also in the bedrooms there are no coat hooks to hang up clothes (except for a cupboard for fresh laundry). We had bad luck with the heating, which kept malfunctioning (as it did with our previous occupants, whose message about it probably didn't reach the owner), emitting shocks. The problem was not solved during our days there. We had a nice stay at Ohrstedter Reethus. The fact that the railway draws attention to itself early in the morning by loud tolling at the level crossings is usually not disturbing. However, the paved agricultural road that runs past the house in a secluded location is used as a racetrack between Wester-Ohrstedt and Wittbek early in the morning, which is very disturbing in the summer when the windows are open.
