Einfache Wohnung mit toller Lage zum Strand. Problematischer Zugang zum schönen Schlafzimmer durch sehr steile und schmale Treppe. Sofa nicht brauchbar. Nichts für anspruchsvolle Urlauber.

Sehr gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, nur der Fernseher ist ein wenig klein. Ansonsten alles was man braucht. Treppe zum Schlafraum steil, da sollte man fit sein.

Eine Wohnung, die seit Jahren (Jahrzehnten) einen hohen Standard hält. Nichts zuviel an Ausstattung, und nichts zu wenig. Und natürlich die Lage: direkter Meerblick.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist klasse. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich. Die Küchenzeile ist funktional gut angeordnet. Die Treppe zum Schlafbereich ist sehr steil. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder !!!

Super ist vor allem die Lage. Die Treppe in der Schlafzimmer im Dach. Die will nach für manchen eine Herausforderung sein, insbesondere mit Gepäck. Dort bei gutem Wetter auch maximale Hitze.

Die kleine strandnahe Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Der kleine Balkon mit Blick auf die Promenade und auch auf das Meer ist ein Juwel. Eine steile Treppe, vorteilhaft belegt mit Teppichboden, führt nach oben in den Schlafbereich mit getrennten Betten. Für bewegungseingeschränkte Menschen , auch mit altersbedingten Einschränkungen, ist der Aufstieg/Abstieg sehr beschwerlich. Wir sind gut zurechtgekommen, aber es ist eine besondere Herausforderung. Mitunter kann es abends oder in der Nacht draußen durch die feiernden Gäste der nahen Gaststätte / Laute Musik vom Strand unangenehm laut werden. Aber: man sitzt halt auch sonst "in der ersten Reihe" und genießt die Strandnähe. Muss jeder selbst abwägen, was ihm wichtig ist. Die Buchung und der Kontakt mit dem Vermittlungsteam "Sylt-Er" war sehr angenehm und gut organisiert. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Wir sind "Wiederholungstäter" für diese FeWo und werden es sicher nochmal. Top ausgestattet, tolle Lage, toller Service - was will man mehr! Dieses Mal haben wir auch das Sofabett genutzt, da wir auf Grund einer Erkältung getrennt schlafen wollten. Dieses Sofabett hat sich als überraschend sehr bequem und einfach zu handhaben herausgestellt. Als eines Morgens die Heizung kalt war, hat nach einem kurzen netten Anruf der Hausmeister sofort reagiert. Fazit: tolle Unterkunft, toller Service - wir kommen wieder!

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre Lage. Der Meerblick ist fantastisch. Auch die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. sehr hilfreich zu wissen ist, dass die Wohnung in der zweiten Etage liegt und dort über ein breites Treppenhaus erreichbar ist. Innerhalb der Wohnung befindet sich eine sehr steile und enge Treppe zu den oben gelegenen Einzelbetten. Beim Hinuntergehen muss man etwas aufpassen, da die Stufen recht kurz sind. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

The small holiday apartment near the beach is well-equipped and in a clean and well-maintained condition. The small balcony with a view of the promenade and also the sea is a gem. A steep staircase, advantageously covered with carpet, leads upstairs to the sleeping area with separate beds. For people with limited mobility, including age-related restrictions, the ascent/descent is very difficult. We coped well, but it is a special challenge. Sometimes in the evening or at night, the celebrating guests of the nearby restaurant/loud music from the beach can become uncomfortably loud outside. But: you sit in the "front row" and enjoy the proximity to the beach. Everyone has to weigh up for themselves what is important to them. The booking and contact with the agency "Sylt-Er" was very pleasant and well organized. We will gladly come back!

Super great and quiet location directly at the sea, shopping facilities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the flat was clean and equipped with a super kitchen. Wonderful hikes can be started directly from the flat.

Since the nineties, this flat has been a regular destination for many of my holidays on Sylt. The sea view is and remains the big plus of this well-equipped, very clean and well-maintained flat. If you don't have any problems with the narrow staircase to the upper floor, you will find an almost perfect place to stay.

The flat impresses with its location. The sea view is fantastic. The furnishings and cleanliness leave nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable here. It is very helpful to know that the flat is on the second floor and can be reached via a wide staircase. Inside the flat there is a very steep and narrow staircase to the single beds above. You have to be careful when going downstairs, as the steps are quite short.

We are "repeat offenders" for this FeWo and will certainly do it again. Top equipment, great location, great service - what more could you want!
This time we also used the sofa bed as we wanted to sleep separately due to a cold. This sofa bed turned out to be surprisingly very comfortable and easy to use.
When the heating was cold one morning, the caretaker reacted immediately after a short nice call.
Conclusion: great accommodation, great service - we will be back!
