Die Fewo ist sehr schön gelegen. Der Meerblick vom Balkon ist beeindruckend. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise sehr veraltet. In diesem Zusammenhang haben wir u.a. das quietschende Bett mit defekten Lattenrost reklamiert. Leider konnte der Haustechniker daher auch nicht das Problem lösen. Das Mobilar im Schlafzimmer und Küche scheint schon mehrere Jahrzehnte zu existieren. Das Badezimmer wurde bereits erneuert, ebenfalls das Mobilar im Wohnzimmer. Die Betreuung durch die Vermittlung war sehr gut

Eine schöne und gemütliche Wohnung.Meerblick vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmerfenster ( mit Balkonzugang )aus. Die Lage ist top und es hat mir in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt. Die Liebe zum Detail der Wohnaccessoires und auch die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten der Beleuchtung haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Danke auch für den gut organisierten Ablauf.

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Meer. Einen Meerblick bekommt man auch vom Balkon. Leider ist die Wohnung vor allem die Küche, das Badezimmer und das Schlafzimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein sehr alter Schrank ohne Regale. Nur sehr wenig Platz für die Wäsche.

Die Wohnung entsprach meinen Vorstellungen. Ein paar Einlegeböden im Schlafzimmerschrank wären schön. Den Balkon kann man ohne Sonnenschorm nachmittags leider nicht nutzen.

Klasse Wohnung in bester Lage. Meerblick durch riesige Fenster schon beim Aufstehen. Das App. 9 ist bestens ausgestattet und auch für Selbstverpfleger fehlt es an nichts.

We have booked this apartment not for the first time - and certainly not for the last time. The location is excellent with a view of the sea, the apartment is very well laid out and has everything you need, and the newly renovated bathroom is a highlight! We felt very comfortable again and are already looking forward to next time.

A beautiful and cosy flat with sea view from the living room and bedroom window (with balcony access). The location is great and I didn't miss anything in the flat. I really liked the attention to detail of the home accessories and also the different lighting options. I felt very comfortable and will gladly come again. Thank you also for the well-organised process.

The location is very good at the end of the promenade with a short walk to the sea. Balcony with sea view to the west! Despite the central location, it is very quiet after 10.30 pm, as the restaurants in the neighbourhood close at 10 pm. The furnishing of the flat is functional. The bedroom, especially the wardrobe, has seen better days. But the mattresses are very good! The bathroom is ok except for the shower (mouldy silicone joints). We would book the flat again because of the location!

We liked the flat very much, both the furnishings and the equipment (even the kitchen lacks nothing) and of course the wonderful sea view! We felt very comfortable and will come back next year.

Very nice location, directly on the sea. You also get a sea view from the balcony. Unfortunately the
Unfortunately, the flat, especially the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom are getting on in years. In the bedroom there is a very old wardrobe without shelves. Very little space for laundry.
