Arrival days: Friday, departure day Friday
With a living area of approx. 90 m², this holiday home offers enough space for up to five people plus a four-legged friend. Outside, approx. 400 m² of enclosed garden with terraces await you within a small private complex (approx. 30 holiday homes, only a few in rental) with lake access and bathing beach.
In the house: The living/dining room on the ground floor has a comfortable settee, a coffee table, TV screen, a wood-burning stove for crackling fireside evenings in autumn and winter (wood not included) and a dining table with seating
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge, a separate freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and thus leaves nothing to be desired
In the bedroom (ground floor) there is a double bed (1.80 metres wide). The bathroom has a bathtub with shower roller blind, a WC, a washbasin, a washing machine and a tumble dryer (free of charge), as well as towel heating. A staircase with a door leads to the upper floor, where you will find a large bedroom with a French bed (1.40 metres wide) and a single or double bed with two mattresses, each 0.80 metres wide, that can be pulled out. A small, separate cabin bedroom with a single bed (0.80 metres wide) is also located on this floor. The bathroom with window and view of the forest has a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. High chair and baby travel cot on request (bring your own bedding). You will find heating and free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Modern underfloor heating on the ground floor, central heating in the upstairs bathroom/bedroom. Please bring your own towels and bed linen or order them for a fee. Electricity incl. (except e-wallbox for electric car costs according to consumption), water and heating are included
Due to the good layout, two couples or families can comfortably live separately on two floors and use the kitchen and the living room as a common room.
A charcoal grill (charcoal not included) is available for cosy barbecue evenings and you can relax and enjoy nature on the garden furniture. Directly in front of the door you have the possibility to go cycling, hiking or swimming. A canoe (Canadian) as well as your own boat mooring can be optionally rented - depending on availability (May-September). Bicycles (also e-bikes) can be rented in Rheinsberg. Two private outdoor parking spaces are available for cars on the property free of charge. Dogs are welcome for a fee.
The communal beach (meadow) is within the private complex and can only be used by the few owners and tenants. You have the possibility to fish (fishing licence and card required). Either at our jetty or directly with the canoe on tour and only 150 metres from the house. Enjoy pure nature by exploring the surroundings on foot on walks or by bike. Watch the cranes raising their young or enjoy a boat trip. Restaurants and a small self-catering shop in Kleinzerlang are about two kilometres away. Larger purchases are best done by car in Rheinsberg, where you will find many restaurants, as well as a wide cultural programme, boat trips and a boat rental.

An ideal place for families and couples. The lakes invite you to go boating or are waiting for the passionate angler.
The town of Rheinsberg can be reached by car in 20 minutes and has a lot to offer with Rheinsberg Castle and a wide variety of restaurants. A trip to the "lighthouse" in the harbour village of Rheinsberg is always worthwhile. Children look forward to a visit to the Kusterspring wildlife park. Those who love nature and hiking will find extensive forest paths around the house.
You can explore the surroundings by bike. E-bikes, bicycles, motor boats can be rented in Rheinsberg and Kleinzerlang (Marina Wolfsbruch).
Dogs must be kept on a leash inside the holiday grounds (not inside the fenced house property). The forest and many kilometres of walking and jogging paths start just 100 m away. The private bathing area at the lake (meadow with sloping water) is for "bipeds" only. Dogs are not allowed in the lake.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
So gut wie hier haben wir lange nicht im Urlaub geschlafen. Das Bett war super.

A wonderful place that leaves nothing to be desired
The booking and the process were completely uncomplicated, the contact with the Seifert family very friendly and obliging
The spotlessly clean, cosy and fully equipped house leaves nothing to be desired. We immediately felt at home and can definitely recommend Haus Kranich to anyone who wants to spend their holidays in this wonderful nature.
In a wonderful location between forest and lake, you can enjoy the wonderful nature to the fullest. In principle, the holiday home complex is very quiet, you often hear nothing but the sounds of nature.
The house is also ideal for holidays with dogs because of the enclosed property. Fam. Seifert gives the feeling that dogs are welcome here and not just tolerated.
It was therefore difficult to go home...:)

Water hiking, cycling and relaxing
We enjoyed Rheinsberg, Großzerlang and the holiday home.
Only a few steps to the lake, with the canoe a short evening round on the lake with sunset. We will miss the peace and quiet.lThe house is very well equipped and we loved the evenings on the terrace and barbecues. Tip: Neustrelitz is worth a detour, beautiful harbour with restaurant and castle garden.

Schöne Auszeit am See
Wir waren mit Familie und Hund in diesem schönen Haus. Der See ist traumhaft und schöne Spaziergänge im Wald beginnen gleich vorm Eingangstor. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus
Unbedingte Empfehlung für das Ferienhaus.
Ausgestattet mit allem was es braucht.
Es liegt ruhig in einer Ferienhaussiedlung.
Es ist sauber, in einem gepflegten Zustand und ausreichend groß für 5 - 6 Personen.
