Cosy two-rooms apartment for 2/4 people, located in Lazise, just 1 km from the town centre and 1.5 km from the sandy beach of Lazise. The apartment is based in small and quiet "Olivi" apartment complex, composed by only 12 units and equipped with a nice swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) and a big garden with lots of big trees that allows you to lay in the shadow and relax during the warmest hours.
The 45 mq apartment is composed by living room with kitchenette equipped with gas stove, baking oven, big refrigerator with freezer, toaster and coffee machine. The kitchen is furnished with a modern peninsula (no table) with 4 stools and a comfortable sofabed for 2 people. Air conditioning, satellite tv and a free wifi connection at guest’s disposal. The living room overlooks a nice covered terrace towards the swimming pool furnished with table and chairs for outside dining. Spacious double bedroom and bathroom with shower box and washing machine. Secure car parking at disposal. Pets allowed upon request. It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment.
The total price consists in:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner of the property
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant
