The park is an oasis of tranquillity, green, simple, well-kept, with enough places to spend time together, but also with opportunities for retreat.
Even the arrival is something special. Through a huge wooden door you reach the property, a narrow road along the park leads you to the villa.
Inside the villa, the first thing that will delight you is the large hall. The fireplace and the huge chandelier are the focal point of the living room. A spacious, modern kitchen offers everything so that you can enjoy cooking to the full. Both indoors and outdoors, there are various tables for dining together.
The villa has 2 floors. The combination of modern and classic gives all the rooms a special character.
On the ground floor there is a living room and kitchen, a TV room, a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, a bedroom with 4 beds, one of which is a loft bed, and a separate bathroom.
On the first floor there is a suite with a double bed and a bathroom, two further bedrooms with a double bed and bathroom and two bedrooms, also with two beds. There is also another separate bathroom.

The property is located in Castellaccia, only 28 km from the sea.
The nearest seaside resort is Castiglione della Pescaia. Castiglione is considered a beautiful seaside resort with a wide sandy beach and fine sand, bordered by pine groves, but also rocks for diving enthusiasts.
The picturesque medieval town stretches up the hill with steep streets, small shops and restaurants.
Between Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto there are about 7 km of free sandy beach - park on the road in shaded parking spaces, from there it is a 5-minute walk through a pine grove to the beach.
Grosseto is 23 km away - the town has a well preserved centre with sights, shopping, restaurants - Thursday morning there is a big market at the town walls.
It is 85 km to Siena, 95 km to San Gimigniano.
