This spacious and modern holiday home in Egmond-Binnen is ideal for a summer vacation. It is surrounded by the beautiful towns of Egmond, Bergen, and Alkmaar which are great for sightseeing. The 2 spacious bedrooms in the house are ideal for young families with 2 adults and 2 children.
You can get to know the dunes by bike. You are only 3 km from the city centre with several restaurants, shopping facilities and supermarkets. The beaches of Egmond aan Zee and Bergen aan Zee are among the finest in Netherlands and can be reached via the North Holland Dune Reserve, where you can see with your own eyes how the Dutch dune landscape has formed over the centuries. Alkmaar, popularly known as Europe's cheese city, is 11 km away and offers a lot of culture.

Location of the cottage was quite far from the beach, not really a cozy environment, the cottage was simply furnished, plus: there was a cold beer, the coffee with filled cake was ready on arrival, otherwise the kitchen was quite sparsely equipped, no filter bags, no capsule for the dishwasher, so you have to buy this for a few days, it would be nice if this is present in the house. The door handle kept falling out and could only be closed by closing it with the key turning, the bed creaked with every movement, otherwise the decor was very simple. All in all, less luxurious and finish than it suggests on the internet.

We were warmly welcomed, there were cool drinks, tea and pastries next to a great bouquet of roses on the table. The decor is modern and very tastefully selected, with attention to detail. The accommodation is quiet, in a rural area. But everything is easy to reach by car or bike. Whether beach, supermarket, nature reserves or interesting neighboring places.

We have spent a wonderful week in Egmond-Binnen. We were well received on arrival and our hostess had provided coffee and cake. That was very nice. The cottage is very cozy and well equipped. The area is very nice, from the cottage you can walk to the North Holland dunes, it is a very nice walking area with well-marked hiking trails. There are still beautiful nature reserves in the area and we have also made a day trip to Texel. Alkmaar is nearby, is a must, on Friday you can visit the cheese market, very nice to do. We certainly could have done Haarlem, but because we had fantastic walking weather, that did not happen anymore. The cottage is in a very quiet area, ideal for walkers, but definitely also recommended if you want to make trips to the beautiful villages cities in the vicinity.

Warm welcome by hostess, could also arrive a little earlier in time. Always responsive hosts. Everything there, what you need on holiday, beautiful surroundings, dunes, forest, gastronomy, shopping, beach, city - everything was close and still quiet. Forest for dog next door. We just cycled - could leave car. Beds were comfortable. Water ran slowly in the bathroom-but did not bother us. We had a feel-good holiday!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the beds were very comfortable (Two of them to the street and two to a private car park) and there is no possibility to secure it - in the open shed (without door) directly at the garden were unsecured and within reach of the children a saw, turpentine and different tools Described bicycles available on site, longer bike tours can not be denied however as these have their best times behind them (sheet metal rusted, fallen protection plate)

What a sweet and warm reception. Inside stood a dish of chocolates fresh bouquet of tulips and a nice pot of coffee. What made a cozy home to make sure you see everything as clean everything tidy. We took advantage of the bikes. Our two dogs had a nice place to sleep in the shed. So we had more space in the cabin and the dogs were so delicious their own place. It is a lovely quiet place to get away to get long walks made by the dogs but also took time for ourselves by visiting Alkmaar and other towns. It is highly recommended if you love peace and nature. We will be back again !!

We have spent a wonderful week in Egmond-Binnen. We were well received on arrival and our hostess had provided coffee and cake. That was very nice. The cottage is very cozy and well equipped. The area is very nice, from the cottage you can walk to the North Holland dunes, it is a very nice walking area with well-marked hiking trails. There are still beautiful nature reserves in the area and we have also made a day trip to Texel. Alkmaar is nearby, is a must, on Friday you can visit the cheese market, very nice to do. We certainly could have done Haarlem, but because we had fantastic walking weather, that did not happen anymore. The cottage is in a very quiet area, ideal for walkers, but definitely also recommended if you want to make trips to the beautiful villages cities in the vicinity.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the beds were very comfortable (Two of them to the street and two to a private car park) and there is no possibility to secure it - in the open shed (without door) directly at the garden were unsecured and within reach of the children a saw, turpentine and different tools Described bicycles available on site, longer bike tours can not be denied however as these have their best times behind them (sheet metal rusted, fallen protection plate)

We had a very nice holiday in a beautiful secluded Häuschen.Die owner went out of trouble a lot in the interior of the house and were very friendly empfangen.Zur begrüßung there was even fresh coffee and Gebäck.Wir would recommend it further and want Fam. Swart continue vie luck with their cottage.

Warm welcome by hostess, could also arrive a little earlier in time. Always responsive hosts. Everything there, what you need on holiday, beautiful surroundings, dunes, forest, gastronomy, shopping, beach, city - everything was close and still quiet. Forest for dog next door. We just cycled - could leave car. Beds were comfortable. Water ran slowly in the bathroom-but did not bother us. We had a feel-good holiday!

What a sweet and warm reception. Inside stood a dish of chocolates fresh bouquet of tulips and a nice pot of coffee. What made a cozy home to make sure you see everything as clean everything tidy. We took advantage of the bikes. Our two dogs had a nice place to sleep in the shed. So we had more space in the cabin and the dogs were so delicious their own place. It is a lovely quiet place to get away to get long walks made by the dogs but also took time for ourselves by visiting Alkmaar and other towns. It is highly recommended if you love peace and nature. We will be back again !!

A nice house, nice bed, lots of games, bicycles that are made available, a trampoline and swing in the garden (the go-kart has now "died"). Within cycling distance of the village, with supermarket, cafeteria, restaurant, cafe. And also enjoy cycling through the dunes to the beach. In short, a nice house where you feel welcome.

Arrival was very good coffee flowers on the table delicious a bunch of very nice welcome from the owner. House was spotless with everything on it and Delicious beds even a dishwasher we have had a wonderful week with beautiful weather really a must hope to come back again in the future the peace and beautiful environment that was fully in bloom made it perfect also the peace and quiet people who lived there for years who who met there were super cozy all in all enjoyed everything

We have experienced a wonderful holiday here. The area is fantastic! The house is quiet and is very cozy. The landlord was very nice from the start and made us feel very welcome. We have felt very comfortable.

New house. Very tastefully decorated and clean kitchen, lovely shower and great bedroom with loft on second sleeping area. Very nice. WiFi was very mediocre, but it was also known to the landlord. The previous (first) tenant it had indicated. Walk to the beach is fine to do through a path from the cottage, walk to beach.

Received with coffee, drinks for the kids and something tasty! Beds already made, towel package and very nice games available. Close to the sea (6 minutes by car) and own playground equipment in the garden. Had a wonderful midweek!

Our stay in Egmond Binnen was great, we were again very kindly received by Mrs. Swart. We were also very pleased with how well-maintained everything looked. Always neat and clean. This was our 2nd time and will definitely go again.

We were received by a nice hostess. The cottage was clean, had good facilities and was in a quiet spot. There are bicycles available with which you can cycle to the beach and dunes. The environment is beautiful.

Location of the cottage was quite far from the beach, not really a cozy environment, the cottage was simply furnished, plus: there was a cold beer, the coffee with filled cake was ready on arrival, otherwise the kitchen was quite sparsely equipped, no filter bags, no capsule for the dishwasher, so you have to buy this for a few days, it would be nice if this is present in the house. The door handle kept falling out and could only be closed by closing it with the key turning, the bed creaked with every movement, otherwise the decor was very simple. All in all, less luxurious and finish than it suggests on the internet.

We were greeted very friendly, with freshly brewed coffee and a beautiful bouquet of roses. The hostess Mrs. Swart was very nice, helpful and uncomplicated. The holiday home is stylishly and practically furnished, the garden and the surrounding area are ideal for children to play. A clear recommendation!
