A great place to stay! Great for kids! Lots of space, large rooms, everything you need is there. You can drive to the beach in ten minutes! We will be back!

We were there with 9 adults and 4 small children. The two houses are suitable for a holiday with children just because of the large garden with many toys, such as swing, trampoline and kettcars. The houses themselves are nicely decorated and the kitchens are well equipped. However, criticism exists for the processing of the payment. The overall costs are not very transparent. On the one hand we did not order bed linen and nevertheless the beds were on arrival. This cost an additional 100 euros more and was also annoying, since you have taken extra bedding, which takes 13 people a lot of space. On the repayment of the deposit we had to wait three instead of two weeks and several times by telephone. In addition, the costs for electricity were deducted automatically but unfortunately without notice of the deposit, so that only another telephone call contributed to the clarification.

We have combined the two rented houses concatenated. There is no passage in the one to the other house. However, the doors are removed 2m apart and under cover. We were 15 people and we could no problem eating together and stay in one of the two houses. The owners had buried an additional dining table ... The interior is beautiful and the houses are spacious. Only thing downside is that there is only one bathroom per house (sleeps 8). For a weekend is less a problem but a week with friends and kids can all give more organizational problems ...

the house was definitely in order! The children also enjoyed themselves. It was a very sunny weekend ... so we expected as in the pictures that there would be a garden table and garden chairs. The garden chairs were brought by the owner after a few hours. We have not seen the garden table. In addition, we regret that extra money was asked for all matters. As well as the meter readings were recorded. These are deducted from the deposit. They did not show us the sauna ... so we have it therefore not used.The house is a very good base to view Cadzand, Sluis, knokke.We have generally had a very nice weekend, but found it on the expensive side.

Especially delightful much glassware and crockery! Super beds, beautiful bathrooms and a lovely sauna! Nice playground and swing. We were kindly welcomed and received a detailed explanation about the house. Super quiet location on a farm with pear orchard. Only 4.5 Km from the beach, the Zwin, Cadzand, Knokke and Sluis. A wonderful stay!

We had booked for 12 people. Stay was very nice, clean and ideal for several families. Cottage itself was fine and modern. Host was quite businesslike. Waste had to be separated otherwise we had to pay for the hours of work he needed to separate it (unfortunately no good facilities to actually separate it), gas and light had to be paid for and we also had to take the glass waste to the glass bank ourselves . Too bad about this attitude, otherwise the rating would certainly have been better.

quiet, no traffic, very spacious living quarters. plenty of space for children both within and around the two houses. Trampoline, soccer field, tennis court (grass), chicken, kick carts etc. The whole family really enjoyed this establishment.

It was a spacious farmhouse in a quiet area with various play equipment for children, with a modern, luxurious interior. The trampoline and the swings were broken. The swings were replaced by a reminder and because the trampoline was unusable, 3 skelters were made available to the children whom they enjoyed.

We have celebrated a fantastic 60 year wedding with 14 people, very thoughtful that a bottle of prosecco was waiting for us on the already prepared table for 14 people, it is 2 rooms for 8 people next to each other with a separate entrance, the living spaces are very spacious and suitable for 16 people, well equipped with beautiful kitchen with all the trimmings! The beds and bathrooms are also great! Outside beautiful views, with trampoline for children, go-karts, swings, slide. This house is a winner !! Thank you for your hospitality !
