A great location for a holiday with friends. The house is very spacious, well furnished and has plenty of rooms / bathrooms. Unfortunately our house had not yet been cleaned on arrival, just like many other dissatisfied guests stood in line at the reception. All in all, we were able to enjoy our holiday an hour and a half later than planned. The park offered us free sandwiches for breakfast as compensation, which was the least they could do, but thoughtful. Belvilla also refunded the cleaning costs, so our negative start has been absolutely compensated.

It was a very nice and comfortable house. On arrival it became clear that the clean-up had not really happened properly, especially during these times of Covid-19. Dirty floors, tables but quickly cleaned up, we have scrubbed the toilet ourselves. As compensation, we did receive a free breakfast (plaster on an open wound?). Very nice area for walking and cycling.

The accommodation was neat, clean and fully equipped, however, it turned out on arrival that there were no sun loungers or lounge sofa in the garden compared to the pictures when booking. These could not be rented at the resort, which was a real downside. Also, new houses were built right behind our house every day from 7 am to 5 pm. These workers were noisy and also looked directly at our garden and living room. There was little privacy and peace. This was not pleasant and was not stated in advance when booking. This was also a flaw.

We were allowed in the house at 3 pm and arrived at 3.35 pm and they were still cleaning. The house is fine. The lighting above the dining table is nothing, luckily you can rotate the spots in the kitchen and sitting area to have some light above the dining table. Certain bathrooms do not get hot. The keyboard to open the front door is not visible in the dark. These are all minor points that I mentioned. Cutting boards may be provided in the kitchen for breakfast. The dots that I mention here would not stop us from going back anyway.

Received in a friendly manner and received the code from our house. Upon entering, it quickly became clear that our house had not been cleaned. So again to the reception. Nice quiet area, close to the beach. Park is new and you can see that in the facilities and accommodations. However, more attention may be given to cleaning the house. An extractor hood that drips with fat is really impossible! That is neither hygienic nor fireproof. Quite a lot of dust on lamps and cabinets above 1.50 m. For the rest fine stay, spacious enough and fully equipped. For the fries you better look just outside the park. At Fritura "t pumping station there are delicious fries and a wide choice of various snacks. And the waiting time is a lot shorter than at the park.

We stayed in a very nicely furnished ten-person house, with everything you need. Unfortunately the house wasn't really clean. The floors partly badly cleaned and very dusty. The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned at all and a window was open through which a lot of vermin found their way into the house. The cleaning was done a week before our arrival. Everything should have been checked again for cleanliness before our arrival. Otherwise we liked it very much.

The complex itself is pretty nice, new, spacious and not far from the beach. We were with new girls in bungalow 393, the equipment of the bungalow is nice. We have booked a different accommodation than the one we had holiday in. Couldn't get into our stay at the specified time because they were cleaning. After we went to do something else, the accommodation was still not clean when we entered. Here you should think of; puke on a garden chair, dead flies in the windowsills, hair in the bathroom, clogged shower drain, sand and dirt everywhere on the floor (as if it had not been vacuumed), a broken towel rack, a plug was out (had to convert it myself to get out of the lighting), food residue on the dining table, stains in the curtains, stains on the ceiling, the underfloor heating could not be softer than 26 degrees, extractor hood was broken and food residue on the crockery. I probably forgot to mention something. Been to the service desk 6 times myself and that on a 7-day holiday. Was poorly picked up and not acted quickly. Spent the whole week in filth with a lot of whining and badly helped. Called belvilla and would be called back, but they just don't. Bad organization will never book there again. Really very sad.

The youth villa we rented was very nice and solid, so we had quite a good time in it. But this except for a few negatives. Unfortunately, the villa was very filthy to say the least, filthy rancid kitchen inventory that we immediately cleaned, and over time you find out several filthiness, which means that the house was actually not cleaned at all. dead flies and layers of dust in the window frames and floors. If you take into account that we ourselves had to pay 97.50 euros for the final cleaning, I think a negative comment is justified. bottom and ingredients, soggy cold fries. This ruined our first dinner, even our grandson of almost three didn't need the fries. But after considering this, a complaint was made the other day, the costs were reimbursed by the restaurant manager through vouchers. Chapeau. We enjoyed from the pool but unfortunately there was no water from the showers, this while we had explicitly asked about it. Some tips: It would be nice to have some eateries or other things spread over the park, now everything is centralized which causes a lot of car movement, especially in bad weather. During a cup of coffee it was very unpleasant, also reversing trucks is far from safe. Predominantly staff who do not master the Dutch language are not experienced as pleasant everywhere. Considering the extremely high accommodation price (approximately 1600 euros for 2 days / 3 nights) I can not give a higher score than reasonable. Ever stayed at Roompot? I doubt it. We are shocked by the (non-existent) cleanliness. Starting with food leftovers in the oven, grease marks and residues on the work surfaces and the stove, stains on the upholstery up to completely dirty patio furniture. In the master bedroom, the shower stank so badly that you couldn't spend the night there. In addition, the property is neither fenced in nor hidden from view. On the contrary ... You sit or lie on the presentation plate and can fully see and hear the 12 neighboring gardens. The outdoor lounge corner that was shown in the photos is also missing. The park and the houses are beautiful and new. Spacious and we were allowed in half an hour earlier without any problems. Why then reasonable? The cottage was 12 degrees on arrival, it took almost a day before it was up to temperature. The house is beautiful. Beautiful, spacious (bed) rooms. 2 large and 1 small bathroom and a sauna. There is a TV in 1 bedroom. So not in 2 bedrooms (as described) The garden is nice and a beautiful large canopy with garden furniture. No patio heaters available (as described) The kitchen equipment was a real disaster. We have never had so few kitchen utensils in a house. The cleaning is downright lousy. And that in this corona time !! It was a good thing that we brought disinfectant ourselves because it was badly needed! Not a vacuum cleaner on the floor, just a mop. Under the sofa there were still toys from the previous tenants, many dust flakes, crumbs all over the ground floor and really the entire outside of the kitchen was full of finger touches, 1 refrigerator was extremely dirty on the inside and when we took plates from the cupboards the dirty dishes to be put back in no time. All food scraps were still caked on. It was 1 joke of cleaning. After we first tried to reach someone from customer service (by the way, 29 people waiting for us) we went back 3 times to the reception for this, we were told on the day of departure that there was a voucher in our account for cleaning would be credited. Wir were mit sieben Erwachsene und zwei Kleinkindern eine Woche in a Luxury Villa for 10 Persons. Das Haus war für alle Personen groß genug. Those Essensgelegenheiten drinnen as well as draußen were top notch. The children hatten genug Platz um im Wohnzimmer und auch draußen im Garten zu toben. Ausreichend Platz um 3-4 Autos zu Parks gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Check In lief problemlos, man cares about the Code zugeschickt. Bei Fragen oder Problems were that Mitarbeiter an der provisorischen Rezeption sehr bemüht.Der Park befindet sich neither im Bau daher kein Supermarkt im Park selbst. Enjoyable Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber in 15 min with the Auto zu Erreichen. Leader neither gibt es durch den Bau nor kein Schwimmbad im Park. Was wir aber schon vom Schwimmbad sehen konnte sah nach viel Rutschvergnügen für Groß und Klein aus. Der Strand is sehr breit und toll. The Infrarotsauna in der Villa war ein tolles Extra, in Winter aber mehr zu Genießen as im Sommer.Der Vakantiepark hat ebenfalls eine tolle Ausgangslage für einen Tagesausflug nach Bruges oder eine Fahrradtour am Deich entlang. Those einzigen Nachtenile were: - der maar längere Weg zum Strand Zu Fuß (da wäre eine Villa am Park Eingang besser) - die Sauberkeit die sehr zu Wünschen übrig ließ (Unter den Toilettenbrillen fanden wir eklige Flecken, große Staubflocken unter den Betten, Sand Living room und Küche und Plastiktüten und ein Tortilla Fladen unter der Couch) - Die Häuser stehen right eng beieinander und wenn man Bad luck with the Nachbarn hat, can es durchaus Nachts laut. Auch sind dadurch, dass der Park nor sehr jung ist, kaum Pflanzen im Garten and man can bei den Nachbarn unhindert auf die Terrasse und in's Wohnzimmer schauen. Everything in all hat es uns gut fallen. Ob wir nochmal Buchen würden, eher nicht, da es uns für die Preis-Leistung insgesamt zu teuer war.

We were woken up by the smoke alarm three nights in a row. The children cried and were afraid to fall asleep. We reported the defect several times, and once we found someone in the house who wanted to take care of the problem. He installed some smoke detectors and wanted to “come back straight away”. The park is highly recommended for young and old. The beach is a few minutes walk from the park and the walk there is a great experience. You reach the sea past the nature reserve via a footbridge. The houses in the park are new and very well maintained. We were there for the second time and would love to come back.

Unfortunately, our cottage was very dirty. It didn't appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival: very dirty floors, bedding covered in dog hair, carpet with dog urine stains, smell of urine in the toilet, smelly drains etc etc.

We complained as soon as we arrived, so that after a short time a cleaning crew arrived. Unfortunately, that didn't really help either - the floors stayed dusty and sticky, the smells lingered, the peed carpet was packed away in the closet.

That's really a pity!! In itself, the park is great for families - swimming pool, indoor playground and various outdoor playgrounds - but the condition of the (actually) new house was a disaster. For this reason alone we would not book this park again.

The cottage was not super clean, a lot of hair in the bathroom, and there were still medicines from someone else on the bedside table. We also reported that there was a child vsn 1 year, and there was no provision for that. No cot, no high chair, no playpen. We think this is very bad

Beautifully located house on a large park with many amenities. Walking distance to beach. Few storage options for clothes in the rooms. House was not properly cleaned (bath and stove were not clean). Front door locker was broken, as was outdoor umbrella and vacuum cleaner. Problems were quickly resolved by park employees.

Great house in a beautiful park for 10 people. The fact that there are 3 bathrooms and 2 refrigerators is very convenient with 10 adults. The beds are very good. We were only here for a weekend, for a longer period, more wardrobe may be useful, for a weekend there was sufficient storage space,

We could not enter the house at the promised time (3 p.m.), because there was still a cleaning team at work. That became more than half an hour later. Not nice if you arrive in bad weather with a baby of 10 months and a 3-hour drive behind you. Accommodation is fine. Kitchen equipment inadequate. There has been really cut back on that. In these times people are unable or unwilling to go out for dinner, so you really expect that there is adequate equipment in the kitchen. For example, the corkscrew was broken, bought a new one myself, no bread knife, no meat knife, too few cutting boards, etc. Furthermore, the vacuum cleaner bag turned out to be more than overfull. Attention should also be paid to such things. Also a broken tractor, so you couldn't dry the floor.

The cottage was neat and new. The beds are very badly made. And the park had little to offer during the partial lockdown. The terrace has not been opened. For children you could buy peanuts and a wire for € 2.50 so that you could make a garland. So they could have done a little more effort for an activity in the house. Furthermore, we had a nice stay and see the park look very nice.

We were allowed in the house at 3 pm and arrived at 3.35 pm and they were still cleaning. The house is fine. The lighting above the dining table is nothing, luckily you can rotate the spots in the kitchen and sitting area to have some light above the dining table. Certain bathrooms do not get hot. The keyboard to open the front door is not visible in the dark. These are all minor points that I mentioned. Cutting boards may be provided in the kitchen for breakfast. The dots that I mention here would not stop us from going back anyway.

Everything went smoothly. What was striking on arrival was that there were dirty hands on the windows of the accommodation, not killing of course, but we got the idea that it was not cleaned very well. later in the weekend we found leftovers between the cushions of the sofa ... that was a little less. You can also enjoy walking or cycling in the area and there is enough (when it is finished) to enjoy yourself.

The youth villa we rented was very nice and solid, so we had quite a good time in it. But this except for a few negatives. Unfortunately, the villa was very filthy to say the least, filthy rancid kitchen inventory that we immediately cleaned, and over time you find out several filthiness, which means that the house was actually not cleaned at all. dead flies and layers of dust in the window frames and floors. If you take into account that we ourselves had to pay 97.50 euros for the final cleaning, I think a negative comment is justified. bottom and ingredients, soggy cold fries. This ruined our first dinner, even our grandson of almost three didn't need the fries. But after considering this, a complaint was made the other day, the costs were reimbursed by the restaurant manager through vouchers. Chapeau. We enjoyed from the pool but unfortunately there was no water from the showers, this while we had explicitly asked about it. Some tips: It would be nice to have some eateries or other things spread over the park, now everything is centralized which causes a lot of car movement, especially in bad weather. During a cup of coffee it was very unpleasant, also reversing trucks is far from safe. Predominantly staff who do not master the Dutch language are not experienced as pleasant everywhere. Considering the extremely high accommodation price (approximately 1600 euros for 2 days / 3 nights) I can not give a higher score than reasonable. Ever stayed at Roompot? I doubt it. I would rather have the value of the coupon of 125 euros that I apparently receive for this transferred to a good cause.
