This atmospheric apartment is part of a former farm. Spread out across the premises there are a total of 33 apartments and 11 rooms. The lodgings are both tasteful and tidy. Together with the other residents you share a large swimming pool, a number of barbecues, a tennis court and outdoor play areas.
The park is under 1 kilometre from Castelluzzo where you can find all you need for your daily shopping. The closest beach is just 600 metres away. Only 4 kilometres away you will find the coastline at San Vito lo Capo. This area is known as one of the most beautiful parts of Sicily, thanks to the sandy beaches and crystal clear water. In addition to the stunning coast the park is right between two large natural parks, Lo Zingaro and Monte Cofano. In both parks there are lovely walking routes.
A little further, but still definitely worth a visit, is Erice (35 kilometres away). This fairy tale town dates from the middle ages and is on a hill with fantastic views all around. There is also the harbour town of Trapani, 35 kilometres from the park. This little town has lots of lovely terraces, restaurants and beautiful shops, in addition to the harbour itself. Highly recommended.

Cala dell'Arena is an old farmhouse which has been transformed into a charming holiday park. It is stiuated on the coast, 4 km from San Vito lo Capo. The nearest beach is just 600 metres away. There is a lovely driveway that brings you to the light-coloured houses, surrounded by beautiful flowers. The view is phenomenal. Before you are the sea and the Monte Cofano. Behind you is an impressive rock formation. Especially at the community pool the view is fantastic. Here you will definitely spend a few hours on a lounger. In the evenings you'll prepare some fish on one of the BBQs, while the kids play in the playground or on the tennis court.
You will be staying between the two nature reserves Lo Zingaro and Monte Cofano. In both parks enjoyable walks have been mapped out. The coast at San Vito lo Capo is known as one of the most beautiful parts of Sicily. There are superb sandy beaches and the water is crystal clear. During the summer months, a brightly coloured train will pass between the beach and Cala dell'Arena several times a day. Not only the Tyrrhenian Sea is breathtaking, but so is nature. What really should not be missing from the programme, is a visit to the temple ruins in Selinunte (100 km). The ruins are spread across a vast desert-like landscape.
Erice (35 km) is also worth a visit. It is a fairytale-like, medieval city on a hill with a great view all around, that you can start to admire on the winding road up to it. The city is built in a triangular shape and in some places the streets are very steep. A maze of narrow alleys makes the town very special. The port city of Trapani (35 km) is also a great city to go to for the day, with its many terraces, restaurants and shops.

Beautifully located, well equipped and beautifully maintained complex of several houses and apartments. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. We received an upgrade upon arrival and stayed a week in a spacious apartment which was clean and equipped with complete facilities such as kitchen, air conditioning, shower and toilets. Prima located close to San Vito lo Capo and other villages / towns in the area. Highly recommended!
