This attractive farmhouse is located in Tuscany. Ideal for a family it can accommodate 4 guests and has 2 bedrooms. It has a shared swimming pool for you to make the most of your holidays.If you run out of your essentials, the supermarket is 1 km. Try out some local delicacies at the restaurants that are at a distance of 1 km. Spend a day at the lake is only 20 km. Unwind in tranquility or prepare a sizzling platter of barbecue for your loved ones in the farmhouse. Central heating and air conditioning are provided in the home to keep you comfortable all through the stay. For a carefree stay, the washing machine is also in place. Parking is available to the guests to have a hustle-free stay. 1 pet is allowed on the property at the rate of 30/Stay. The guests can check-in between 4-7 PM, and the checkout time is from 8-10 AM.

This excellent apartment is one of four in an enclosed walled garden. In this garden are two identical houses with both upstairs and downstairs apartment with private entrance and private patio. There is plenty of parking under cover. At the end of the garden there is a lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers, play equipment for children, table tennis and a large table with seating for general gebruik.De location is a few kilometers from the town of Cortona and is located just north of Lake Trasimeno. For us it was a great base for visiting the cities of Siena, Perugia and Assisi. And towns like Cortona, Arezzo edWij find this apartment a real winner!

Lovely place with nice little typical towns near town. Good for families with small and bigger children. Low swimming pool with bed and umbrellas. Apartments well equiped, clean with good bed. A / C systems are ok, not super buy will do. Good for one week stays was our opinion. Friendly owner and helpful staff. Hvis du kommer til å ha de lejligheder som ligger tæt på veien, kan jeg tro at det kan være forstyrrende hvis du kommer for en absolutt stille tid. Private table and seating, neatly positioned so they are private. Surrounded by fence and gate so you really feel yourself away from the outside.

The plant has been a good experience. We had our two children spent a lovely week (11 and 17 years). The garden with pool is very nice. The owner is extremely nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, not on the direct link to the thoroughfare and the grain silos that are adjacent to the property, pointed out. This somewhat diminishes the quality of the system. It should be pointed out, at least in the description.

A very positive experience at this cottage. The cottage gave us a real-Italy gevoel.Het big advantage is that the house is on a large fenced area where children can freely rondbanjeren.We are very hospitable and the hostess was very helpful in answering such questions about tourist attractions in the immediate area.The house and grounds are actually nicer than shown in the picture "s.We have made extensive use of the pool. A very nice pool that is large enough, but also small enough to sit with the children glands and some exercise.

We initially had some trouble finding the house because the address is not entered into the navigation system. This problem proved the other guests to have. The place where the house is located, is beautiful. Pity the complex of cottages situated on a very busy main road. Here you have really bother. The pool is great. There is a lot quieter. Do you hear that the agricultural factory that lies behind the cottages. We have as I said had a very nice holiday and found to have turn the shame back home.

Actually it was just the proximity to the road that has something disturbed because our apartment was directly to the street . But we had a real pizza oven. Super. Everyone was very friendly and attentive on-site.
