Located in the hills it is perfect to visit art cities in Tuscany and Umbria from here. You can visit Cortona, Arezzo, Perugia, Montepulciano, Siena, Montalcino and Assisi in a short drive. The nearby Palazzo Tommasi at 750 m, Parterre at 1.8 km and Porta Montanina at 3 km are great places for sight seeing. Restaurants can be found in 200 m. General supplies is at 4 km. Cortona town center and Firenze town center are 10 kmand 130 km away respectively.
There is a wooden gazebo and garden furniture in the garden for outdoor dining and a fireplace in the living room for cozy evenings.Parking is free here.

Very nicely located residence with as a very nice extra the cooking skills of “di mama”. Two negatives. The mattresses are very bad and the water temperature in the pool is cold

A very good reception by the owner himself, the language was a bit difficult, speaks a little French and Italian, the accommodation was fine and clean

We have just returned from a great holiday in this house. Why great? > holiday with friends and yet privacy: this property consists of two houses; > private pool and plenty of fireplaces for cooking or barbecuing; > nonna cooks if desired; tasty and at reasonable prices; > authentic, neat houses, with three bathrooms with good toilets and showers with sufficient water pressure; > seen a lot of game in the evening, including boars; > wonderfully quiet in a beautiful environment! is about 25 minutes drive from towns where you can eat / shop / do errands. Recommended! Lots of fun!

Superb welcome from the owner on the day of arrival. They are present but discreet. Typical house in the Italian mountains, change of scenery. A little far from Cortona and the races (40-45min by car) but a small found only 10 min for extra shopping. The view from the pool is breathtaking. As well as the terrace below the swimming pool. The swimming pool is however very far from the house and in height. Get ready to work your calves ;-). The must was the Aggroturismo meal concocted by the owners. A delight, and a real feast in quantity. For not expensive at all. Perfect house to spend time with family.

The accommodation was okay, beds tidy, ... great swimming pool. Beautiful view from the meadow where the swimming pool is! The family lives right next to the holiday residence on the same property, but they are very discreet. "La mama" cooks to order daily fare for a low price, very handy and tasty. Communicating with the owner and "la mama" is very difficult, they do not speak English or French.

this is a week of retreat in the Italian countryside, beautiful in the hills on a property of an Italian family with a "die mama" who gave us a homemade cake on the 1st day. Moreover, you can order food from her for the next day. And that's great because the shops are far away. Everything here is fantastic, a disadvantage is that you always have to run for 30-45 minutes on the small roads to civilization.
