Not clean, description of materials does not correspond to what is on the site. No guidance when arriving, no information booklet where you can find everything, coffee machine broken, TV does not work, no washing machine as mentioned but jointly the same for bbq and pizza oven. No material to clean yourself, just a brush and dirt can. Air conditioning only in the top room instead of the entire apartment as stated description is incorrect, all extras very expensive firewood for bbq 7 euros, washing machine use 4 euros, etc ... plus very expensive final cleaning 150 euros while it was not clean at all on arrival .Price quality not worth it at all expected more from this.

The owners were so flexible to the apartment a day earlier (Friday) open to those who in one day drove to Italy and also to the pool on request earlier (in May) to complete, although we were the only guests in the complex (which consisted of several buildings) were. We had a wonderful holiday, a wonderful place in the Tuscan hills. The house offers all comfort and a lovely pool. The wifi works well, the quaint village Armbra 1km straight out of a movie and offers small shops and there is a large Lidl at 25 min. Drive. We include Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Pisa, Perugia, Montepulciano and San Gimignano visited all easy to drive.

We have great enjoyed our last holiday week in this holiday with friends (we four children, our friends with a baby of eleven months). The apartment was very spacious. The beds were great, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and there were screens on all the windows so we had little trouble with the muggen.Het pool was large and delicious, the kids loved it. The lawn there was also very nice, there was plenty of shade (umbrellas and trees). A few improvements that I have recorded no mark on the holiday but under Belvilla tips and eigenaar.Ze are some points that require urgent attention.

In July 2010, we had this very spacious apartment booked. It is nicely located (bring something to the fly), the pool is delightful and the owners are very friendly. We were the brick kiln on site using our own cooked pizza 's baking with expert interpretation of their owners. Our tip: go even eat at the restaurant Alla Corte di Bacco in Ambra, or let your hair cut at the local barber . A great experience ...

Belvilla by OYO Sogna is a gem in the heart of Tuscany! We loved the outdoor space, especially the patio where we enjoyed barbecues in the evenings. The location was ideal for exploring nearby towns, and we also borrowed bicycles for a scenic ride around the lakes. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. A charming place we would definitely return to!
