We had a fantastic stay at Belvilla by OYO San Martino! The house was spacious and cozy, perfect for our family of six, The garden was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of hiking in the nearby forest, Highly recommend this place!

What a fascinating place! The garden was beautiful and we spent many evenings enjoying outdoor barbecue dinners. The location was quiet, which made the vacation relaxing. We will definitely come back here!

We had a pleasant experience at Belvilla by OYO San Martino, the location was convenient, just a few minutes' drive from nearby restaurants, the house itself was clean and had all the necessary amenities, although we didn't fully take advantage of the pool, it looked lovely, the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days, if you are looking for a cozy place to stay with easy access to nature, this holiday home is perfect.

Belvilla by OYO San Martino is a hidden gem! The spacious living room was perfect for our group of friends. We enjoyed the outdoor space and had a great barbecue night by the pool. I highly recommend visiting the local restaurants.

Arrival is mid-September 2019, so we have not paid the price of the high season because then I would not have judged the price / quality ratio as good. Arrived the area is beautiful, passable and authentic. Again searching where the reception was was not really clearly indicated. Arrival was businesslike and short, little explanation or the invitation to have a glass of wine. We had booked the detached house on the grounds, very cute to see and appropriate in the area. Accommodation is divided into B&B, a detached house and a number of apartments. they are also busy building a large space where festivities, among other things, to be organized. Location of the location is good, Arezzo, Siena and Florence all within easy reach. Bucine was not worth a visit to us, but Ambra which is closer is cute. San Gimignano and Pienza are both beautiful but a little further.

Also a good base to sniff for culture in amazing places like Siena, Florence and Arezzo.de agritourismo is very well maintained and the local wine is recommended. you get it immediately upon arrival already aangeboden.klein minus is that the dishwasher was broken and in the two weeks we were there, unfortunately, could not be repaired.

Very nice and spacious villa with nice pool and several terraces. The delicious and unique views you get in for free and is one of the most beautiful views of the region. You can swim in the (heated) pool, as well as in the reservoir are several beaches accessible after some searching. Everything available. The village is typical Serra (authentic, friendly, fairly inexpensive) Portuguese. Max 1.5 can drive you to the Atlantic Ocean, Lisbon, shortly there toppers such as Fatima, Ourem and Batalha, Tomar with all amenities (supermarket & amp amp market and restaurants and very nice castle / monastery). Highly recommended. Hire car recommended.

The final cleaning is 50 euros paid ad duration, the cottage was not clean. In the kitchen was a window instance so dirty with cobwebs and dirt that was obvious that for months had been cleaned. The maintenance of small things deserve more attention. The pool is fine for swimming. The language is a problem because English is only spoken by a reasonable person. We will not be going here.

Located in a green setting, the rental "Bucine San Martino" is very ... very pleasant for doing nothing and for sleeping without any noise!! The welcome is very warm... with a glass of the local wine... a bit strong and full of character... But you are not far from Chianti!!

The pool is very well positioned, along the access path, clean, bordered by a vine hedge, very impressive.

Apartment n°1 is on the ground floor, very pleasant in the morning for breakfast with the rising sun and a view of a very green and well-maintained lawn.

Two bathrooms add to the rental, which is very convenient for a family of 4 or 5.

The only complaint is that the house lacks brightness... the lighting is too weak everywhere!

If you want to go shopping, you'll need to drive for about half an hour to the first COOP in Bucine... and the prices!! But it's vacation time! Luckily, there is a market on Tuesday mornings in Ambra.

Otherwise, it's truly a beautiful place to spend a wonderful holiday and enjoy Tuscany from north to south and from east to west.

A nice and clean house on a large plot, where two apartment complexes are. The house is suitable for 4 people, partly because of the 2 bathrooms. The garden furniture is not as comfortable. The owner and his family are very friendly people.

Great house, but do not expect great views of rolling hills, etc. Accommodation is situated in the valley and terrace of this house overlooks pool that increase has been processed (so you're looking at a sort of hill), and a very large, old, ugly shed is also very much in sight. We have rented this house the 2nd week of July (2013). The cottage has a typical Tuscan look. Thick walls etc. The cottage was nice and cool in the tropical heat, partly because many windows were open. The windows were fitted with mosquito nets and anti-intrusion bars. As a result, you could if you left everything open up against each other. The location of the cottage we found moderate. No beautiful Tuscan views, but on the edge. You looked out on the lawn and to the other apartments. At the front was almost no room to sit. The owners (brother and sister) spoke English with difficulty, but you could usually make it clear what you meant. The reception was mostly closed, while the sign was that they would be present. They were often late afternoon even open. The description refers to a winery and tasting, as we have received nothing from them. Also the ability to bbq is very disappointing. You could not sit at the bbq to eat. Therefore means bbq and walk over to your house and there to eat it. Not very cozy! What we found positive, were the two bathrooms. In each bedroom one bathroom was / shower and toilet. The bedrooms were spacious. The cottage was g

Beautiful house with enough space around it. Large swimming pool with sunbathing area. Perfect as a base for city breaks or relaxing one day. Only comment is that our cottage in the picture looked very light, but the living room had no windows (only glass in the back door), so it was quite dark inside. Great house, but do not expect great views of rolling hills, etc. Accommodation is situated in the valley and terrace of this house overlooks pool that increase has been processed (so you're looking at a sort of hill), and a very large, old, ugly shed is also very much in sight. However, you do not let that stop because the surroundings and location is perfect. Restaurant La Bocca in Ambra (about 2 miles from home) is really a must!

Arrival is mid-September 2019, so we have not paid the price of the high season because then I would not have judged the price / quality ratio as good. Arrival was businesslike and short, little explanation or the invitation to have a glass of wine. We had booked the detached house on the grounds, very cute to see and appropriate in the area. Accommodation is divided into B&B, a detached house and a number of apartments. they are also busy building a large space where festivities, among other things, to be organized. Location of the location is good, Arezzo, Siena and Florence all within easy reach. Bucine was not worth a visit to us, but Ambra which is closer is cute. San Gimignano and Pienza are both beautiful but a little further.
