The environment is very beautiful. The Villa has a beautiful location. Small minus / point of attention the bathroom is dated.

Nice house, just terrible beds and WIFI reception.

The house is very spacious and is surrounded by a beautiful garden, which houses rabbits, pheasants and many other birds. The privacy that you have in the house is fantastic and the house is in an interesting environment, with the beach and beautiful places at a comfortable distance. The WiFi in the house is very good. In short, a house with a lot of potential. Unfortunately, that potential is not realized because the interior of the house and the bathroom are very dated. The upstairs shower is practically unusable. The kitchen is awkwardly laid out (a decent kitchen sink is missing). We also found the house not clean on arrival. Moreover, the house was full of Asian bugs, which had been drawn from the surrounding pine trees in the house. Probably a known problem, but nevertheless the bugs were present in large numbers in all rooms upon our arrival. Finally, a major problem was that it was unexpectedly cold during our stay and that we were unable to use the existing CV. Note the garden is very beautiful and large, but you always hear the sound of a nearby road and there is a high voltage pylon in it. The latter did not bother us, but perhaps another. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, but the downsides of the house did not do our holiday well.

Had a wonderful week in this villa. The interior is perhaps not too hip and may be necessary improved. Plumbing However, we have had a super week here. Well come to rest. The owner's wife and son were more than helpful. The house is well equipped with mosquito nets which was not a luxury, from sunset mosquitoes were abundant. We can recommend this house immensely!

Have a week with 6 adults stayed at Villa Degli Ulivi is reached. By a nice driveway Were received by Giandomenico and his wife with warmth and hospitality. A beautiful villa built in 1516 with around an orchard with fruit trees, olive trees and large garden where you can relax in the large supply of sunbeds and garden furniture. Quiet Nice terrace with table and chairs to enjoy eating out and fails to dine. Enjoying the many bird and animal sounds. The villa has a spacious kitchen with all amenities and the host / hostess had provided plenty of wine and fruit. The living room is spacious and features a fireplace and modern equipment. The bedrooms are spacious and have excellent beds. All rooms have screen doors and present the "walking closet" is an excellent solution. We enjoyed the peace and the warm weather stayed out late. The towns of Rimini and San Marino are nearby and worth a visit. For those who want to enjoy peace, freedom and stunning views this villa is definitely worth a recommendation.

The house sits on a large plot with orchard and large lawn. It's wonderfully quiet (as the Owl 'night did not get too close). The house has beautiful antique furniture but is also comfortable and the host is very hospitable and caring. The location is perfect to visit Urbino, San Marino and Ravenna . We liked it because it is situated off the coast peacefully. (Rimini and the coast are very large-scale touristic.) The nearby restaurant is an absolute must!

We have been to this property several times and have always been very satisfied, but we haven't been there for 7 years
There, the property is now completely run down, cobwebs everywhere, poorly cleaned, old bathrooms, on the terrace - the garden furniture is completely worn out (chair feet broken off, etc.), the whole house smells of mold, the open fireplaces are full of ashes, the dishwasher was dirty not cleared out, bugs everywhere in the rooms, dead, half dead, insect killer sprays were everywhere, the insect screens torn out, close
not right. We arrived, were so shocked and left after an hour - the situation was a catastrophe.
It's a shame because it was once a really great property. The owner is still incredibly nice - but unfortunately it's all of no use
