Setting is very nice, only the accommodation was very dirty. Old spider rag hung everywhere. And the oven was just filthy. The entire kitchen utensils and plates or glasses were actually filthy. There was also a blood stain in the bed sheets. We find this really unfortunate because it is quite a nice house. With a very nice atmosphere and beautiful swimming pool that you can use. You notice that the person who manages this quickly wants to earn money without any effort .... a waste! Also the walking distance what is claimed to Lake Garda is completely nonsense. It is to walk! But you first have to walk a few streets that are very steep.

We had a very pleasant stay with all the necessary comforts, a terrace where we had our meals every day, thanks to the ideal climate of the 1st week of July, and a small private garden very pleasant.In addition, The region of Lake Garda is truly magnificent to advise for the amateurs of superb landscape (lake, mountain, ...).

We had Belvilla informed that we would be arriving until Sunday. According to an employee that was passed on to the landlord. No problem.Zaterdag I wanted to check this again, but could not get employee Belvilla on the line always answer machine. So we called the Real Estate itself, found that the arrival Sunday was a problem because the estate is closed! The owner of the Real Estate raises me later sent a text message, (Italian) we had to pick up the keys at a nearby bar. Luckily I speak a word of Italian) so we had to search our house without any explanation, the operation of the autom.poort, the safety, etc ... We were or once again go long Monday for further information. I wish again to spend a day with all this hassle. We are sorry but this is the second time Belvilla promised that the information of change of arrival has been passed and that we ultimately have to arrange everything yourself. Last year this was also the case in Vieste.Het cottage itself was ok, the hood was working but did not drain! So the vapor just came into the room, several lights were not working, the stove worked, but two of the 4 branders.Voor the rest be malformed everything, clean and well-kept garden, new kookgerei.Ik get!

Very well kept swimming pool with ample sunbathing around for the rest and recupereerdagen with a secure enclosed garden to the woning.Verschillende trips possible in the immediate and slightly further afield for nature lovers and culture-.

The resort is very quiet, the area with the swimming pool very nice. With views of Lake Garda Fact that only a house is rented and the rest of Italians is mainly used on weekends and probably during the holidays, we had absolute peace. Otherwise, it is probably a little louder. The house itself was described as comfortable, but it is improving by some yet. So we missed a coffee maker (German), toaster and even German channels on TV would have been nice. The mattress was not old, but not comfortably. And the institution itself could have been designed better. But is the fabulous weather, the proximity to the lake and really quiet location, and the pool that we almost always had to ourselves, we had a nice and relaxing stay. For small children, not really suitable because of the small garden at the edge is falling away.

Villa within walking distance of the beach, harbor and town with sweeping views of the lake from the terrace and garden and from the pool. At the beach is a beautiful 3 km promenade built to Padenghe.
