Casa Marinella is located a few steps from the pedestrian area of Livigno, at the beginning of the ski elevator of Cassana. You have the possibility to reach the house while skiing and you can also leave the house with your skis already on.
In the immediate vicinity you will find bars, supermarkets, butchers, restaurants and nightlife. The free ski bus stops in front of the house with the blue, red and yellow lines. In the center of Livigno you can stroll and immerse yourself in the luxurious atmosphere with designer shops. In Livigno you can shop tax free.
The apartment is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. You will also find parking and a heated storage room for skis.
We give a discount on ski passes of min. 6 days, € 10 for adults and € 5 for junior (8 to 15 years) and senior (from 65 years), except for families of 2 adults + 2 or more children and groups of 20 or more people.

Property haze not great kitchen facilities was well below average no coffee, no coffee filter holder, two huge pots, and three huge pots, no small cooking utensils, no microwave, no dishwasher ... the heating timer was not controllable in the apartment, apparently timer from outside regularly, so all afternoon no heating ....

Great little apartment. Check-In and check-out went very easily. The location is great, close to the center and basically directly at the slope. We also had everything we needed in term of utilities. Two things could be improved. First, the heating is VERY irregular (cool during the day, super hot in the evening) and the thermostats don't really do their job to keep a steady temperature. Somewhat disappointing, to be honest. Then, the internet connection was not always reliable. But, overall a great experience!
