The residence consists of various apartments, a reception, gym hall, sauna, communal swimming pool and a private parking area.
There is various activities organised for the guests: cooking lessons, tours, a bicycle round trip, archaeological visits, etc.
Furthermore, it is an ideal starting point to pay a visit to Perugia (5km), Assisi (15km), Gubbio (32km) and Spoleto (48km).
The residence has been restored and is today a comfortable modern villa. It is situated close to Perugia, enabling you to visit this superb town and the other Umbrian tourist sites.

The accommodation does not match the description at all! Interior is totally different, small. Looks like a garage box. It's not small here either. Several "blocks" of apartments. The atmosphere that is sketched by Belvilla is not good at all. It's clean, that's all that's right. Mind-numbing here. Bad view (no view, a hedge with a P-place behind it). I'm alone here and it makes me depressed. So I'm leaving on the 10th, I can't stand it here any longer. It would be neat if there was a realistic compensation for that, but I'm afraid that will probably be a utopia. My vacation has been ruined in any case. I hope you do something good here.

We were the only long-stayers and therefore had the pool to ourselves. Beautiful apartment with loft. Simple kitchen but it was doable. Otherwise very clean and tidy.
