Situated amidst greenery in beautiful countryside, this farmhouse in Passignano Sul Trasimeno has 2 bedrooms and accommodates a family of 5 with children. It has a shared swimming pool and heating to enjoy.
Cycling and walking are perfect to enjoy nature and the countryside. You have plenty to explore here like medieval towers and churches, and beautiful towns such as Perugia and Cortona. Lake Trasimeno at 8 km is great for a swim. Enjoy walks in the forest at 1 km.
The living room has a TV to enjoy in the evenings. Stretch yourself in the single sofa bed and settle down with a book. The living room also has a terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Heating will keep you cozy here. You can enjoy a barbecue in the garden. Kids can have fun with play equipment. Safe parking and space for 1 pet are provided.

Absolutely beautiful location, surrounded by hills between the green and the kids. Blessed pool, everything is neat, tidy and perfectly fine. Our three children have amazing amused. We also.

On arrival we were welcomed by the proprietor Antonella, she spoke very poor english but with hands and feet we worked out well. We were given a tour of the site and they showed our apartment. The area was beautiful and the accommodation looked looked after. On the evening one of the owners came round to ask if everything was okay. When our bathroom lamp was broken, they came back the next day. This accommodation was also a good base for exploring villages / towns. We had a very nice holiday.

We (couple with three children, aged 10, 12 and 15 years old), the last week of July in the "Pertinace" stayed and had a great time! The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortabel.Of you're hot sun or shade or wind, this can always be found. When the pool is also great to relax on the sun loungers with parasol.Antonella and brother Pedro are very welcoming and helpful. They live on the other side of the road with their families and their parents who originally sheep farm. With them you delicious fresh ricotta cheese and percorino buy. It is "morning wake up from the bells of the sheep passing trekt.Wil you sit in a quiet spot with beautiful views but also do trips (Perugia, Assisi, Lake Trasimeno, etc) then this is a great base ! The address of this holiday home is actually different from the one on the Google Map. we arrived that evening and it was quite difficult to find the right (real) address. That was not a pleasant experience at first. It is also good to warn new guests to bring good slippers because the floor of the house is pretty slippery when you walk with wet feet, our daughter fell a few times. the advertisement stated that there is a private swimming lake, this is certainly not correct. The owner indicated that it does not exist, it is just for watering. It would be nice if this piece of the advertisement were removed.

Christmas at the July in this spacious, simple, but well appointed, clean Pertinace apartment, part of Villa Martis. The fairly large pool and playground were exactly what the children needed. The owner is friendly, but few speak and present very limited and flawed Engels.Deze agriturismo is beautifully situated in a valley and gives driving after 3.9km uphill towards Castel Rigone (small village with supermarket), a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno. From there we took trips to Perugia and the Cascate di Marmore (Terni) with our huurauto.Samengevat a successful holiday!
